Terminix - Virginia Beach -Termite & Pest Control

Terminix sprays the outside of our home monthly for all pests such as roaches, silverfish and ants. They spray inside our home every other month and they treat quarterly for termites. We have only had one outbreak since they have been coming out, and they were ants. We called them and the immediately came out and took care of the problem. They are very willing to work with their customers and they even take their shoes off before coming in the house. We couldn't be more pleased with their work.

Terminix International Company did a very good job for me. I very much trusted their judgments. I have been using them for over 30 years and they have always done a good job. The only thing that has changed since I started using them was their price. It has gone up from $15 a year to $130 a year.

We felt the service they provided was definitely beneficial to our home and we also have seen good results after they started the treatment. We had them out once every three months and it was never a hassle or inconvenient to us. We had a yearly contract with them. They were very respectful of our home and we really thought this was a top notch company.

I was not completely satisfied with this company. I felt that we were being charged for nothing, because they didn t have to do any spraying. That was why we let them go. They charged $60 a month for their services.

They were definitely worth the money to us. We have not seen any bugs inside our home at all. We have been using these guys for many years and have never had any problems with them. I am not sure of the price; my husband wrote the check.

They stopped our ant problem. I was very satisfied with them. They came out the same day that I called them. The guys that came out were very polite. I have been using this company for many years, and they have always done a great job for me.

Every year they came out and inspected the crawl space for termites. They put in new traps and poison bait to keep them away. We have not had any problems with bugs. They were real nice people and they did what they said they were going to do.

The Terminix man came out to spray my house mainly for ants. We did have a problem in between spraying however they came back out at no extra charge. We are satisfied with the overall service and feel they are good people to work with.

I was not happy at all with this company. They had told me that I had a lot of water under my house. They wanted to change the plastic that was on the ground. The water was actually from the rain that we had from the night before. They tried to scam me. I really didn't appreciate that.

We have a quarterly service agreement for 1 year. It cost $75.00 for every time they come out. An employee got smart with my children when I wasn't?t at home. Bugs and ants are still crawling around after the job was completed. I was happy with the price but very dissatisfied with the customer service. They were very unprofessional and uncompromising.

They did a satisfactory job for us. They showed up when they said they would and they went right to work. They were succeeding at keeping the ants down. If we start to notice a problem, we would call them and the next day they would send someone out at no extra cost. They never seemed to get rid of the ants all the way, but that may be impossible.

We have a contract with Terminix to come out and spray three times a year inside the house for termites and outside the home to keep away the bugs. We have used them for about three years and are happy with their service. They are very professional and explained everything to us in the beginning.

I was not completely happy with this company. They did explain what they were going to do and the young man tries but I just don't think he is good at the job. I will use them until I find some one better. They do bill us on a monthly basis.

Terminix did what I hired them to do, but it wasn't like they were ever willing to do one thing for me to say they were exceptional. This was just one of those experiences where for no particular reason I wasn't impressed. I was satisfied with the spraying and the results from it, but I probably will find another company in the future.
