They were very professional and responsive throughout. My request for an estimate was answered right away and I was informed about all aspects of the work, my options, and had all my questions answered. They were able to fit our job in to keep us on schedule with other work. They communicated promptly when bad weather threatened to delay the work, did a final walk through the day before and showed up on time. During the job the staff was extremely polite, respectful, and professional. The crew works like a well oiled machine. They took precautions to imitate lawn damage (heavy rains the day before) and afterwards put down topsoil over some minor ruts. Afterwards, they cleaned up and did a final walk through. We will definitely rehire and recommend!

Outstanding experience. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently and were done in less than six hours. They did a thorough job of removing as much root from the removed trees as possible. Excellent job of cleaning up after the work. Would definitely use them again.

Arrived on time with all of the proper equipment. Went right to work, checking with us as they were trimming the large trees. Immaculatey clean when they left.

Alex came out and gave an estimate on the work to be performed. I had used his services before at another property, and his company did such a great job that I didn't hesitate when I needed tree removal service for myself. The large pine was taken down, cut up, stump ground, and all debris removed in about an hour time frame; along with the trimming of the crepe myrtle. Rob was very professional and explained everything that was going to be done, while providing me options on the crepe myrtle trimming. The team was very well organized, and the process was orchestrated like clockwork. Very reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company!

Exceptional; friendly but efficient/experienced handling of tree removal, which included punctual and truthful quote and up front scheduling communication, on-time service, and completion of the removal exactly as promised with no complications and left as a clean finished product. Don't think you could ask for more of a company for this type of service.

We got very good service. They came when they said they would. They were quick, fast and cleaned up after themselves.

Rob and his crew (of 3-4 people) arrived soon after 9am and they set to work and got the trees down and remaining shrubs trimmed within an hour and a half. Excellent workers, professional and overall good attitude towards the job they were doing. ( - even removing my bird feeders so that they wouldn't get damaged) They did an excellent clean-up job too - using a blower and rake to clean up all the debris.

They showed up on time, they did what they had to do and the guys cleaned up their mess.

Very satisfied with Tarzan Tree Service. They did a fabulous job. Two of the men showed up earlier than stated (which was great) to start on the "jungle growth" section of the job. When that was almost completed, five additional employees joined them to complete the tree removal and extensive tree trimming on the remaining portion of the job. Alex and his team did an absolutely fabulous job - once the cutting/trimming part was completed, they proceeded to remove all the tree trunks and debris from the "jungle growth" to the front yard to be put into the chipper. The entire back yard (and it's a huge back yard) was raked and then blown out to ensure there was nothing left on the lawn; this was followed up by hand-picking up the small twigs, etc. that were not caught in the raking of the yard - the same clean up was provided to the front yard after all chipping of all the debris & tree trunks was complete. I highly recommend Tarzan Tree Service and will definitely use them again when the need arises!!

They were very professional throughout the process. Alex gave me a written quote and described the work they would perform. Then Rob and the crew showed up on time on the day of service and got right to work. These guys definitely know what they are doing, which is very important when contracting out such dangerous work. As I watched them work, I quickly stopped worrying about whether they could get those big trees out of my back yard without damaging any other trees or my property, as it was clear they they were both careful and experienced. They cut down the trees, disposed of the material, and fixed the ruts in the yard left by their skid steer. Once they were completely finished, Rob walked me around and made sure that I was completely satisfied before asking for payment. They were not the cheapest quote, but they were not much more expensive and they were the most responsive and most thorough in describing the work quoted. I have had tree work done by others in the past, and this is definitely an arena where you get what you pay for. Beware of the guys who don't provide a detailed quote and the guys who want partial payment up front, those are red flags. Tarzan Tree Service is by the most professional tree service I have dealt with and I highly recommend them.

WOW! All I can say is that these guys were amazingly professional. The were there promptly at 8:00 am to start the job and from start to finish they did exactly what they said they would do for the original price quoted. All of the workers were extremely professional in their conduct and they cleaned up completely when the job was done. I knew after meeting with Alex (the owner) and speaking with his wife Jackie over the phone, that they were the right team for the job and I am so pleased to say that I was right. If you have any tree removal needs, they are for sure the ones to call! I am beyond ecstatic with how our backyard looks! Thank you so much for your hard work on a 100+ day.

From the very first 1st contact I experienced professionalism. While I am impressed with professionalism, it is an expectation as far as I am concerned when doing business with someone. It is the above and beyond, it is the "warm and fuzzy" it is the care and consideration, it is the pride the owners take in their company and the services they perform that made the difference. I was not "sold" services, I was educated about options; doesn't everyone like options?! The day of service, MANY employees came to my home, introduced themselves, explained their part in the process & each and everyone said anything they could do, just ask...and I did. Efficient, F-A-S-T , courteous, experienced----no trainees...the equipment and people were early and ready to work & did just that!! Impressive was the speed, efficiency in the process and especially the clean up. One of my concerns was that HUGE tree trunks would be left for days waiting to be picked up. NOPE!! Less than 8 hours and they were gone....all of them. I created a mess in my yard with brush....I am too weak and too old to clean up my own mess. I left a message on a Saturday morning about my dilemma, expecting to hear back on Monday. About :15 min. later I got a call that asked if the crew could come by Monday am on their way to another job? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Why would you call any other company? EXCEPTIONAL

The crew was outstanding! They were polite, they showed up on time, and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They worked really hard and they even left me a bunch of wood cut up and stacked neatly. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a need and I will use them again in the future.

I called for an estimate on removing the dead tree and Alex came out the next day at the time of our appointment. We discussed the difficult location of the tree on our property. His estimate as over $100 lower than one given by another individual who hadn't come back to do the job. Since the cost for the tree was below our expectations we inquired about the cost of having some surface roots from another tree removed to facilitate mowing. Alex said up front that it might be close to a month before they could get to our project but in fact it was only about 2 weeks until we had a call to set a date for the job. A whole crew arrived on time on the scheduled day. They set about the job and were done in probably 40 minutes. They were polite and professional, very skillful in accomplishing their tasks. The tree was felled in a manner that didn't cause any damage and the area of the surface roots was raked and pieces of the roots removed. These roots were about 4 inches in diameter. We were very pleased with the work they did and would definitely hire them again.

They're great. I can't recommend them without reservation. They did excellent work and their price is very reasonable. Their people were always courteous. The owner goes out of his way to please.

They arrived on time set up quickly. Total job was 3.5 hours to complete. During that time they checked with me to see if I liked how things were going. They cleaned up after themselves, were nice enough to put the patio furniture back in place and reinstalled the fence section. Very courteous and professional would highly recommend.

Alex's crew was very professional, neat clean and respectful. They all would look me in the eye, say hello sir, were very friendly, and go about their business. They worked very hard, did not take breaks, worked long hours, and finished ahead of schedule. These guys are awesome!! I would recommend them without hesitation. I talked to numerous tree contractors and took numerous bids. Nobody beats Tarzan tree service.

They arrived on time with all their equipment. There was a team of five guys that came out and they were all incredibly friendly and glad to be here. After we went over rhe plan amd the cost of the quote I was given was reiterated they began. They worked quickly and strategically to take down the massive tulip poplar in the front yard. They were very courteous of our neighbors yards and their coming and going. (I live on a court so it can be tight.) They made sure I was completely happy with everything before they left and made sure everything was cleaned up. When I say cleaned up it looks like they'd never been here. They cleaned the street, my driveway, everything. I have to add that Alex, the owner, contacted me within 60 minutes of me contacting their business. I had gotten a quote from them a couple years and had asked for a new quote. He refused and blew me away by honoring my original quote. I wish I could shake his hand and thank him too. This is a great business and is very organized. They take pride in what they do. I can't say enough how friendly they were! If I ever need anything else done again they will be the first ones I call. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone!

My husband and I are beyond impressed with Tarzan Tree Service. They removed 3 sweet gum trees from our back yard that we had wanted to get rid of for years. Each one was well over 50 feet tall, and weren't in the best of health, so every good storm that came through would make us nervous about them falling on our home, or god forbid our neighbor's home. Rob called first thing this morning (1/4/16) to let us know what time they would be here, and they showed up right when he said they would. They got right to work, and were very conscientious about not damaging our fence or front lawn with the bobcat when they were moving logs to the front of the house. The trees were cut close to the ground, all brush and debris was removed, and you can barely tell they were even here other than the trees not being there. It was a great experience from start to finish, everyone on the crew was courteous and polite, and I would not hesitate to recommend Tarzan Tree Service to friends or family.

Absolutely fantastic service from a truly professional tree removal crew. Before work began, the foreman verified all work which was to be accomplished, and immediately set out to accomplish the job with his crew. The entire crew worked non-stop to remove some pretty difficult old trees, with ivy wrapped around the truck...all accomplished super quick, and in down pouring rain. Once work was complete, the crew did a superb job not only cleaning up my property, but the neighbors property some leaves fell into (and I did not even have to ask!). One of the best veteran ran companies that I have had the pleasure to work with. This company has my absolute support and I would highly recommend them for any tree removal job you might have.

I called a few of the top businesses on Angie's List for tree removal. Tarzan Tree Service was one of the first to respond back after leaving a message. Alex contacted me and was able to meet for an estimate within a day. He said that they had a lot of bookings and it might be a couple weeks before they could do the job. Because of time constraints, and to get the best possible price for the service, I also had a couple other businesses from Angie's List come by and give me an estimate. Alex called me back and said he could fit me in less than a week out due to an opening in his schedule. None of the other companies could match the price and quick turnaround time that Alex with Tarzan Tree Service could provide. They came out and did the job while I was at work, which entailed removing a 35 foot tree that was 8ft from 2 townhouses, 3ft from an HVAC unit, a trunk pushing against a shared privacy fence, and a 4x4 post to a lattice structure about a foot from the trunk. The crew of Tarzan Tree performed precision work. I would highly recommend this company for any of your tree removal needs!
