+ 4 moreTed is a custom home builder/remodeler and he was incredibly knowledgeable. He came to our home and checked our house from top to bottom. He actually spent the time to explain and educate me on structural knowledge so that I wasn't in the dark when it came to dealing with the insurance companies! Once the insurance claim is complete and closed, we will be calling Ted Zappia to handle our long term damage repairs and remodel. What a great honest guy!
Description of Work: We are in the middle of recovering from repeated flood damage to our home and since the repair work is urgent after each flood, the long term damage doesn't seem to be assessed by the insurance companies. We were referred to Ted to come and give us a second opinion of the work that was done by other companies (which were referred by insurance company standards- subpar) so that when we complete and close our claim that we don't have underlying issues that we don't know about. We called Ted to ask if we could hire him to come and review our home and the work that was already done. This job is far below his level of expertise, but he agreed to come and help us take a look.

+ -1 moreWe're about three months underway into the project, and everything has been very good. All of the workers have been courteous. Ted, the main owner of the company, has been easy to work with, reasonable, and timely. So far, I've been very pleased! His prices were also very reasonable compared with other estimates that I received.
Description of Work: They're currently doing a major house renovation.
