[[[[[ Warning !!! ]]]]] Don't use this company!!!! Haven't had heat for three weeks. 1st week of waiting because rescheduling, due to a supposed call out. When he actually showed up, he said we needed a new water pump and could be back the next day with the part to replace it. Waited and was called at the end of the service window he suggested on Saturday, saying he couldn't make it and said he could be here Monday morning. No one showed after waiting patiently all day....!!! NO ANSWERED after making repeated calls and sending texts to a number he had contacted us with prior. His politeness and attentiveness is an act. Seems to make his living collecting the initial service call money and then bailing on you. I'm sure he's enjoying the heat in his house that people like us get suckered into paying for!!!! We still don't have any heat and it's 30 - 40°!!!

In the past, my stuff would always break on Thanksgiving, or the 4th of July or something, and he would always come out. He's very prompt and attentive. He's very knowledgeable. He used to work for one of the big heating and cooling companies around here. He's not the lowest price guy, I'd say he's in the middle, but he's always been good to me. He's a one man act, so he doesn't have a large company.

I needed a float switch installed in the emergency pan of the upstairs AC unit to ensure that the AC would shut off rather than flood the attic. I also needed them to vac out the emergency pan from a prior leak before I bought the house. They charged me $175 to install the float switch and only partially vac out the unit -- at least $75 more than I expected based on their earlier estimate. I also needed them to replace a three foot section of ductwork that someone (before I bought the house) had crawled over, rather than under, and smushed under the crawl space. Liars. They went under the crawl space for thirty minutes, came out and said I had animals (dead and alive) all in the crawl space and ductwork and needed all of my ductwork replaced with metal ductwork for $4200. Of course, they did not show me any pictures or provide any evidence of this. But they both claimed animals were all over. I sent them away and hired Kevin of Kevin's Handyman service to take a look for me. He reported that there was one dead animal in the crawl space that could simply be buried as well as a handful of nuts from squirrels--that were no longer there. He took extensive pictures and noted 3 other small ductwork problems that my house inspection had missed. For $500 he replaced/reattached four sections of ductwork, cleaned around them, and blocked a handful of small holes/entrances in the brick veneer with fast forming concrete. Hire Switzerland Air if you want to be ripped off by guys that are only interested in selling metal ductwork. They also told me it would take 4 days to install metal ductwork in the crawl space. Finally, they told me that flexible ductboard is essentially like asbestos. The problem with this -- it just isn't true. These guys knew I had a one year old and had just moved into the house and they tried to prey on my fears to make a quick $4200. Run away!
