They need to make the customer aware upfront they need to use their power and water.

Asked for a 20 minute call out and did not receive it. But it still worked out so all in all a good experience Carpets looked nice and clean once we got to our new house.

Josh was exceptional, very professional and polite and really took his time making sure that my stuff was super clean. I have used this company in the past and they are my first choice for any carpet of furniture cleaning.

John did a great job of coordinating my carpet cleaning. I had a large job (7 rooms, hall and 2 stairs) with pet stains. Joshua showed up on time and went to work immediately. It took him a while, as this could have been a two person job, but he sweated it out. He was polite, kind and very professional. I would definitely hire Supreme Carpet Care again and recommend them.

Very professional, thorough, did a great job!

John was very nice and polite. He just needed to change our original appointment time almost immediately after he confirmed. Also he told me that the furniture would be barely damp when he left but the were wet and took more than a day to dry. But I will hire him again and just point out my little disappointments.
