Had a water heater installed (in the attic over the living room) and John knew all the tricks of the trade to get the job done. Service was outstanding, John and his helper had great personalities. Work was efficient and one can easily tell they take great pride in their workmanship. Cleaned up after the job and you would never know they were here. I made an inquiry from HomeAdvisor for a professional to check a problem I had regarding my furnace. Sun Mechanical sent me an email within the hour and followed it up with a phone call to arrange date and time for service. When they arrived, they went to work quickly and professionally to diagnose the problem and make repairs. There was not pressure to contract for equipment or upgrades not needed. He gave me advice on what to watch out for in the future and we discussed those options. I felt John was very knowledgeable and had integrity. I am going to continue to use his services in the future when a problem occurs or an upgrade is needed.

John showed up when he said he would, came with parts needed, did not try to up sell me. John worked fast, answered all my questions, seemed to be an expert in his field. Plus he was very informative and just a nice guy. Thanks John for helping me out.

John Carr, Sun Mechanical is that best home improvement experience we have ever had. Our AC went out this week on a very hot, mid-July day. Within 24 hours of our phone call to John we had a new system installed and cooling our home. He was respectful of our needs, professional and courteous, and gave us an excellent price. We'll be calling John for all of our home improvement needs!

I hired Sun Mechanical after seeing their reviews on Home Advisor - my water heater went out and since it was on the second floor I was in a hurry. I talked to John via phone on a Thursday evening and they were out to install on early Saturday morning. I managed to take a few pictures at his request to help him plan the install and give me an estimate via text, it all went very smooth. He and his crew were punctual, polite and professional - they completed the removal and install in about an hour and a half (I drained the tank prior to their arrival) and I had hot water to spare about an hour after they left. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

Spoke with the owner, he completed the work. John could not have been more helpful or fast. He really helped me out in a bind and I would definitely call again if I needed more work done.

I contacted John early on a Sunday morning after finding a leak from my water heater (which was 23 years old). John came out and recommended a replacement because of the age of the existing heater. The new heater was installed the next day. The service was excellent and the final price was what I quoted. I highly recommend Sum Mechanical.

Sun Mechanical was very helpful in attempting to diagnose a problem before coming out. In the end the issue was fixed with no true repair but the level of service means we'll be calling on them in the future.
