He contacted the selling company of the unit to determine if it was still covered by a manufacturer's warranty. He went far above my expectations and I appreciated his help.

I decided to wait and see what other quotes I got and Sun's was the lowest by several hundred dollars. They were able to come out the next morning and arrived on time. They were curteous, quick and clean. They made sure everything was working properly and left no mess behind. The bill was exactly what he quoted me on the phone and not a penny more. I will be using them for all out plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

John and the crew did an outstanding job replacing the hot water heater in my attic. They took great pains to make sure my house was as neat and clean as when they started. I wanted a new water heater installed with a drip pan underneath it and the washing machine. In addition I wanted a automatic cutoff valve installed to prevent flooding. John wrote a detailed contract of what was to be accomplished, he was ontime and completed all the work. Him and his assisstant were professional and courteous.
