+ -1 moreUpon his initial appointment the contractor was very friendly and did fantastic work for me so I recommended him out to friends and family and held him in high regard. I then attempted to schedule him in again for a second project, we rescheduled three different appointment times, for all of which he pulled a no-call no-show.
Description of Work: I hired him in the past for a pressure washing job, and since have attempted to reschedule again as I was pleased with the work.

Description of Work: This provider was very professional and personable on the phone on 11/8 when we spoke and I scheduled the work (low-pressure house wash) for 11/14. When I heard nothing by 3:00 PM on the day the work was to be done, I called, got voicemail and left a message asking for a return call to tell me what was going on. When no call was forthcoming by 10:00AM the next morning, I called again, got voicemail again, and left a message again, telling him that the job was cancelled if I did not hear from him by noon. Again, no call was forthcoming, so I have

+ -1 moreThe estimate was provided during the initial phone call. The team arrived at the appointed time and set to work quickly. They soaped and then rinsed then entire house. All items located around the house's exterior were moved by them and then returned to their original place. The process moved quickly and the clean-up was done thoroughly. The price paid was the original estimate. The team members were pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: The Spar-Klean team power-washed our ranch-style house.

+ -1 moreThe company arrive on time and stayed on the job until it was complted. They spent a lot of time making sure the job was done well. They were very professional and felt comfortable having Mr Miller and his assistant working around my home. I did not need to supervise them in any aspect.
Description of Work: Mr Miller and his assistant power washed the entire exterior of my house including the roof and driveway. The house is a 50 year old house that had not been lived in for some time and had a build-up dirt and mold on both the roof and exterior components. I really didn't expect such a dramatic improvement, but was very pleased with the results! I highly recommend this company based on all aspects of the work.

Description of Work: pressure washed my house, We ask them too wash just the house and they did that ,but when we walked out front we found that they also did my driveway and sidewalk. I just new they wanted more money but they charged just what they said. Great job
