I first called the company when Mike was out of town, and when he returned the call I was out of town. However, when I called the second time he made arrangements to come the following day. He arrived promptly and the whole job stump was gone before I knew it. He ground it neatly and cleaned up the wood chip debris. He was very pleasant and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Well done!

They showed up on time. Worked all day and cleaned up when they were done. Great job.

I could not have asked for better service. Southside scheduled promptly, showed up on time and did a great job. They were considerate and understood what was required. Small limbs were discarded and larger pieces cut into the right size for our wood stove and stacked where we asked. The stump was ground allowing us to fix the fence where our dogs couldn't escape. When the fence was reinstalled it was moved back an additional 2 feet. We had some remaining tree stump where the old fence had been. They came right out and reground that stump and others. Their prices are very reasonable. I will use them. Great folks.

Mike was great. All work was performed on time and within budget. He was even willing to return to grind the stump more once I decided to lower the overall level of the dirt in my front yard. He did this for free! I will definitely call Mike for any of my tree servicing needs
