 + -1 moreMy entire experience wit hSoutside was wonderful, from the sales staff to the service staff. The entire process lasted about 3 weeks from the first visit to my purchase. I rode almost every bike there until i found the one i wanted and Jeff never once got frustrated or pushy with me about a sale. The financing with Becky was great, the entire staff treated me like family and they still do when i come back for service and or parts/accessories. Wonderful experience, i couldn't be happier with my new bike!

 + 0 moreMy 2007 Road King was submitted for insurance repair in June 2009. Part of that repair was the repainting of damaged surfaces by the original painter. From the start is was a litany of excuses on why the bike could not be delivered, e.g. parts on order, insurance company issues, painter. After 8 months I finally contacted the owner who started to make things happen - albeit slowly. Well, I finally got my bike back in March 2010. The repairs were not 100%, as many of the little parts were not replaced and are missing, and the paint is not a 100% match - close but not there. Would I use these folks again? Absolutely not.

Description of Work: I took my 2002 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide in to have the front fairing repaired. The bike had been dropped, and the upper fairing support brackets were broken. Both brackets were replaced, and the steering head stem nut was adjusted.
