Monday AM I called and talked to Sonny, explaining my predicament. He said he would rush a plumber out asap. The plumber, Rick, called an hour later saying he was on his way. He snaked the sewer, checked the sewer line of the City of VA Bch and after approx. two hours Rick felt the line was clear. He asked me to flush an few times, which I did with trepidation(!). All was well, and I really appreciate Sonny's coming to help so quickly. Even though a bad experience overnight, not being able to use the toilet, the outcome came off without a hitch and I was very pleased. Rick said I wouldl be billed, as I was fitted into the schedule. Thank you Sonny for a job well done, and rescuing a damsel in distress.

Excellent, I purchased a home that required extensive remodeling. The existing Heating and A/C unit was shot, Sonny's estimate was well below the other contractors, plus he had all of the trades "in house" as far as electrical and plumbing goes, it was a turnkey deal. Over the years they have provided excellent service and have been prompt and friendly. Overall a pleasure to deal with, providing prompt and quality service.
