Sheppard's Xtreme Services

I had contracted this company to load a piano. They failed to show up at the agreed on time of 1 pm. I started calling the company number at 1:30, and continue to call until 4 pm. I and my son in law must have called 20 times and never go any response. I had hired them through UHaul and an organization called "Moving Helpers." I called the organization based in Arizona and talked to a customer service rep. She tried to call Sheppard's and got no response. She then sent what she called an "emergency email" and still no response. I finally gave up and called around and found another moving company who could come first thing on the following day. They showed up at 8 am and had the piano loaded so my son in law could take it back to his home in Maryland. I still have heard nothing from Sheppard's Extreme Services. I had hired them to move the piano for $130. I ended up paying the second company $250, but I had no choice since I had the U
