Seven Cities Cleaning & Organizing

The ladies at Seven Cities were the latest maid service I’ve hired in the last few years. I was very ill recently and my housework just fell by the roadside as I tried to recover. Worse, I needed a full disinfection as I’d had a severe infection. First, the contact with the owner was so heartwarmingly positive that I knew I had to hire them. The price she quoted me for doing the normal services (cleaning, dusting, etc.) plus some things I needed done was perfectly within my budget. Second, the owner came on the day I requested, was prompt, and brought some help with her (who was wonderful on her own). Next, they cleaned and they cleaned and they scrubbed and they shined. No dirty surface was safe. If you think of them as assassins of grime and dust you are not too far off. Not everything was done – there was a lot! But they arranged another day to come back and finish for me. You can’t get that kind of service anymore. I decided right then to find the money to have a monthly cleaning by them. I think the part I liked the most was the lack of judgement on their part. My space was dirty and I was so embarrassed, not once did I feel judged by them. Not once. Also, the owner is a great conversationalist and she happily chatted as she worked her butt off. Seven Cities is small, but growing and their reputation is only going to grow with them. I highly recommend them. You should call them now in fact. Did you call them? Call them. I’ll wait. Did you do it now? Go do it. The peace of mind an organized and cleaned home will bring you is worth it.

Holly and her group are wonderful. We are now using the company on a regular basis. They are polite, professional, attentive and they really enjoy what they do and go out of there way to make sure we are happy. They have always been on time and have very good communication.

Holly’s performed excellently. She arrived on time, and pleasantly greeted me and my husband. We are in the process of decluttering and renovating our home. She made me feel completely comfortable with all of the various projects that still need to be done. We went over what she would be cleaning today and she immediately went to work to spotlessly clean our bathrooms. I would definitely refer her to my family or friends that need cleaning and organization services.

Holly was prompt, very friendly and had great communication throughout the process. She was able to complete our cleaning on short notice and did a wonderful job with the areas requested. Her pricing is very reasonable and I am excited to have her come out on a monthly basis! She focuses on the details and I would recommend her to anyone!
