Description of Work: I had a duct in my attic that got filled with water due a problem in a furnace/AC unit. Had the AC guys come out who said that their insurance would not let them pull the water logged ducting (possible water damages, etc.). So they recommended that I call Service Masters. So I called their Yorktown office and explained my situation to several people (got transferred around a lot). Finally, I end up talking to their VA Beach office (lets call him K the office guy) who has a guy on this side. He says it will be $200-300 for the job. They say they'll call me back to see when they can do it. Get the call back, no its $350 plus I have to give my credit card number to them NOW. This doesn't sound kosher to me, so I said, I'll call back. After doing some checking, I call back, talk to a lady who says, I can pay after the job is done. She then says, wait, transfers me back to K the office guy who says the lady does not know what she is talking about, and btw, where's that credit card number? Desperate, I give it to him. The worker shows up, does a good job. Takes him 1 hour and 20 minutes. But $350, come on? Shouldhave bought a wet vac and done the job myself.

Description of Work: Three oriental rugs and a couch and chair were cleaned at my house. The rugs were a twelve by sixteen, seven by nine and nine by fourteen.
