It's about $65 per visit, to do fertilizer, weed and seed and all that stuff. They always call a day ahead to make sure it's a good day to come out. That is extremely helpful.

Please be sure to read the update at the very end of this review. After the application of the disease control and fertilizer service was completed Joe Pezella contacted us because he wanted to offer services to improve the health of our backyard. The outcome of the discussion was to contact us to determine if we had made a final decision on killing off the backyard followed by aeration and seeding. Instead of being contacted to determine if we had made a decision on having the backyard killed off, aerated and seeded a technician came out on 8/14th and applied Roundup WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION and to TOP IT OFF APPLIED IT TO THE FRONT YARD which was NEVER discussed and not necessary as our front yard is SOD and was doing better after the treatment it had. Not only did the technician apply Roundup to the front yard he sprayed it in patches leaving our yard looking like a patch work quilt...a very ugly one at that. We communicated with Joe about the issue and he assured us that once they started their aeration and seeding schedule in September they would put us on the schedule to fix the mistake/damage they did by aerating and seeding our entire front yard. I called last week (week of 9/11) to inquire on when they had us scheduled to begin getting our yard in order and was advised that we'd be on schedule for this week (9/18 week).I came home today to see that they completed aeration and seeding of our neighbors yard and not ours which makes no sense at all not to take care of our yard as well. We have asked to speak with the owner regarding this matter several times and as recently as yesterday 9/15 because Scott's has had the nerve to send us a bill for the Roundup that was applied WITHOUT authorization and applied to a part of the yard that didn't need it and have NOT heard from him once. I also asked that he come out to look at the yard so that he could see for himself the mess that was made and to my knowledge he has not and my neighbors said it didn't seem as if he even paid our yard any attention while he was their with his crew working on their yard today 9/16. I am HIGHLY UPSET and VERY ANGRY at this point. I have reached the end of my patience as a result of seeing that nothing was done to begin fixing our yard today when it could have been. I have left one last voicemail tonight (9/16) requesting that only the Owner call me tomorrow regardless of what his schedule is because I too am just as busy but when you have an issue that needs to be addressed you find the time to take care of it just as I'd do. At this point I want Scott's to contract someone to correct the issue by properly installing replacement sod in the areas they killed which includes where they over sprayed the ROUNDUP on both of my neighbors yards. If am not called I will take further action because as a long time customer I should not have to deal with such unprofessionalism and inadequate service. HIGHLY IMPROVED UPDATE MESSAGE: The owner contacted me first thing the next morning (9/16) as I requested. I was extremely pleased but disappointed to know that his staff had not ever mentioned this issue to him. He listened to my explanation and took full ownership of the problem. He assured me he'd come out immediately the next morning to do the aeration and seeding and they did just that. My neighbors said they looked like they were working very hard to ensure they got it right. We have been assured our lawn will be taken care of until it is just the way it should be. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY and PROUD that the owner took care of starting the resolution process. Happy Happy Thank you so much Mr. Owner !!

R,Hired Scotts from a flier they sent out for an estimate. The company I used before them was not performing to expectations. They made slight improvements to the even spreading of fertilizer. I called and had them delay my treatments due to extensive yard repair and replanting. When I finished the yard repair I requested starter fertilizer. They made two treatments after my call, neither treatment was sufficient to get new planting to germinate. I had to apply more fertilizer. I have a yard with weeds abundantly throughout. True they did not apply weed control until the second treatment due to new seeding. Their weed control does not seem to be effective. It was too late in the season to get any relief, but plan to make my problems known at the beginning of the grass season this year. One more chance. Review date represents the last treatment of 2012 note that the review as to would I use this company again is conditional on them improving their performance. I believe this is a new company just getting started and I intend on giving them a chance.

They're great. They service our lawn. Whenever we've had any problems they come out and take care of it right away.

They are great.

They do lawn seeding, fertilizing, aeration and weed killing. They have done a good job. In the beginning, they were very responsive. As they went ahead, I had to get them to be more thorough in what they were doing. They responded to that. I am on an annual programme with them. They do 7 or 8 treatments throughout the year. I brought some problems to their attention. From my point of view, they should have brought these problems to my attention. Subsequently, they did a thorough test and modified their treatment. I have had excellent results because of that. They are pricey. I have a very small lawn. The way they measured it, I feel I might be paying about $10 more than I should for every treatment.
