Referred to me by a neighbor, I had used them before for a small fence job. After the recent storm I called them because of the good job they had done before. They replaced over 100ft of fence, repaired my roof, and replaced an awning that fell off. They showed up on time, they did a great job, they finished on time, and gave me a very fair price. Their work was good enough that I referred them to my other neighbor who needs a new deck. I would use them again, and I would not be afraid to refer them to my friends. A good quality job with great service!

After a 75% deposit to purchase materials, there were many false starts and weather delays. The old fence was removed and a shabby mesh plastic snow fence erected (which was not sufficient to contain my dog) Still more delays. The new fence was built over several days, and the gate when first installed didn't work, couldn't work, as intended. The gate was eventually reworked so it could function properly. Contractor absorbed the final 25% payment I would not use Scopus Marsh again on any fence project.

Very well. Fence seems strong and sturdy. No problems or complaints.

I live adjacent to the new Nimmo Parkway being built in and 2 years ago I needed to move 82' of fence about 10' into my yard so the State could build the sound barrier wall. I called Scopus Marsh for an estimate and Brendan showed up to give me a price. I explained to Brendan that I because I have a dog I wanted to move my fence in and when the wall was finished I would be wanting to take that section of fence down and then run my side sections of fence to the wall. He gave me what I felt was a good price for just moving the fence, but then Brendan also promised to come back when the wall was built, tear down the fence and run my side sections to the wall at no extra cost. Since I had never used Scopus Marsh before, I had my doubts that I would see them when the wall was finally up, but again I thought it was a fair price for just the move. Almost 2 years later the wall was up, and the State had finished doing everything on my side. I called Brendan and let him know I was ready for him to finish the project. Knowing that this was not a money making job for him, I honestly did not think I would hear back, but Brendan is a man of his word. He showed up, removed 82' of fence and posts, cut the fence panels up and neatly stacked them for haul away, installed 34' of fence and built a new shed ramp for just the cost of materials. He did a great job and I would not hesitate to use him for any other construction project I have in the future. I highly recommend Scopus Marsh.

The provider contracted the job out to other people who had no idea what they were doing. The quality of work was crappy and when we asked for it to be fixed he denied fixing. It was supposed to take 3 days and it took about 2 weeks. The yard was not cleaned up before the deck was put on top of about 2 feet of grass that now grows through the deck. There were cigarette butts all over the backyard that we,the owners, had to pick up.they left a large gap at the door of the fence where the yard dips down and now the neighbors dog visits our house frequently. He talks a lot but doesnt deliver the good product. EXTREMELY unprofessional individual who will THREATEN you when you question his work. Does not bother to help you or fix his issues that were warranted. Take our advice and choose someone else. If this is not enough for you to run then you can google this contractor and see more bad reviews. The only good review was written by himself.

We had used another contractor that put up a fence and completely took us to the cleaners. We contracted them and they came in and tore down the old fence and put in a new fence. They did it completely right. They were very helpful.
