+ -1 moreIf the providers inability to follow up on scheduled appointments or notify the customer they would not be able to do so is any example of the quality of their work, I would avoid this company like the plague.
Description of Work: Provider agreed to come out to provide an estimate. Did not show up and did not notify they would not show as agreed. When I contacted them, the response was that they were swamped and simply could not provide notification. Made a separate appointment to proide an estimate and again, failed to show and failed to notify they would be unable to meet as agreed.
