+ 0 moreVery responsive and punctual. Used email for estimate, so we didn't have to play phone tag. Arrived on time and did one door himself, had another employee help with second one. Took about 4 hours total, used his own dust buster to clean up after himself! Young, enthusiastic owner and I appreciated that he was up to date on communication technology since my husband and I both work and don't like to give out work numbers to communicate on personal things. His charge was cheaper than of a home improvement store and he was more reliable, compared to my other experiences with home improvement stores.
Description of Work: Installed 2 storm doors, patchwork on wood rot near one door frame. I bought the doors myself from a home improvement store and he picked them up for me on the day of installation.

+ 1 moreThis company was reasonably priced, showed up on time, and completed quality work. They were a young, energetic crew. There were three employees who took 8 1/2 hours to complete the entire process. They charged less than $75 per hour. They were truly a nice group of people to have in my home.
Description of Work: The service man removed and disposed of my old built-in dishwasher. The wood was rotten underneath, so they restored the flooring as well. Then, they installed a new dishwasher.

+ -1 moreThis was a very nice gentleman who went down our check list of repairs one at a time. He did extra work like little things like trimming ivy off of my roof that he didn't charge for. We are pleased with Chris Mangold and would give him a good recommendation.
Description of Work: He did spot painting, replaced some flooring, drywall repair and electrical work, replaced a pipe in our bathroom and repaired the drywall in bathroom where he replaced the pipe. Replaced exhaust fan in the kitchen and did gutter repair.
