THis man was extremely out of line. First he told me that he was unable to do my windows because it was not possible. Which it was of course. I said I really needed them done, and then he proceeded to tell me how he much take all the money he could out of my checking account and love every minute of it. I could not believe it. He was a subcontractor with Lowes and I notified the manager about this event. In addition, he told me he had 29 years of experience and bla bla bla, everytime I hear that I go to the DPOR.GOV.COM website to check their license and usually every time they NEVER have one!!!!! He did not have a contractors license. A contractor needs to have one when they do over $1,000.00 worth of work in a customers home. He does this ALL the time!!!
Description of Work: Stan Starkes came to my home to give me an estimate for 2 window replacements. I asked him to give me a call just prior coming over of which he argued with me about. Finally I got the message through.
