 + -1 moreWhile getting quotes for a bathroom remodel he was one of the contractors contacted. He did not have to supply material costs in the quote as they were provided. He volunteered to pick up the faucets that were already paid for at a home improvement store and then presented a quote that was $20,000 more than any other contractor even though he had been told there was a $7,000 budget. He then refused to turn over the faucets unless he was paid $192.00 for his time in preparing the estimate. Has still not turned over material he didn't pay for.
Description of Work: Got quote for bathroom remodel.
