Description of Work: We worked with Tammy Ernsberger. She was a fabulous (and still is even after closing) agent. We were looking to purchase a home in the Virginia Beach/Chesapeake area while living out of town. Tammy would help us go on "marathon" tours of homes the weekends we were able to be in town, listened to our feedback and was an active participant in our search with us. In fact, she found the home we ended up purchasing - one of those situations where she knew it had most of what we wanted was close to our price range and when we saw it we fell in love with it. Also, I am a typa "a" personality. And Tammy stayed on top of things. She was always punctual, friendly, and concerned about us and our experience. I highly recommend her as a real estate agent. She made us feel like we were her only clients even though we were not.

+ -1 moreJan is an amazing realtor. You always hear these horror stories about how realtors just want to get paid and they will suggest the worst of the worst just to get you to buy a house. Jan is NOT like that. She is the exact opposite. My husband and I spent a year and a half looking for the perfect home and we had our own hiccups that kept us from buying, yet she never hesitated to work with us. Not only was she a great realtor to have, but she made the buying process easier-she knew what she was doing and she knows how to get things done-whether it is a short sale, foreclosure or just a regular buy. Don't hesitate to use her advice with home inspectors and other inspectors. She only has the best because she actually cares about her clients. Unless I leave the area or she does, I won't go to another realtor. And if I do leave, I will find out if she knows anyone good wherever I am going. I can say I trust her full heartedly to get the job done the right way the first time with her clients best interests in mind 100% of the time.
Description of Work: Jan Arnold has been my Realtor for the last year and a half and we are finally closing on a house tomorrow!
