Richard Setzer was WONDERFUL all the way around. I had a bad experience with another a/c company and they were quick to respond. I received a call within 30 min of them receiving my claim. They gave me a time window of 1-5pm. Because I was pregnant they arrived with an hour and half to fix my ac. The lady was extremely pleasant and helpful on the phone. Asked me to describe the situation and they came with parts in hand. It was luckly a quick fix and they were in and out in 20 min and even checked all vents to make sure I was getting proper airflow before they left. I will DEFINITELY use them again!

the lady that answers the phone is rude and makes promises she never keeps. says she will call me back to give updates and never does. it has been half a YEAR and still my hot tub is dead and useless.
Description of Work: because of my home warranty i had to use this company to fix my A/C and my hot tub. BOTH are still broken/not repaired and they are non responsive to requests by myself and the warranty company for status updates. they refused to come back out to repair my hot tub until i removed a huge portion of my wood deck (which meant taking a saw to it and destroying it). then, when their hot tub guy got here he was shocked and told me that none of it even needed to be removed! so, now i still have a broken A/C, broken hot tub and now a destroyed deck thanks to these crooks.
