The team at Restoration Exteriors had a big job with our project! New siding and windows through the entire home. We found the entire process to be excellent. The guys on site genuinely cared about their craftsmanship and keep us up to date on the progress. They worked non-stop and on many days and in some pretty cold weather as work was performed Dec, Jan & Feb. When questions on design with some tricky spots came up, they always checked with us and provided solutions and ideas. The final outcome is just excellent and they should be proud of the work they did. Near the end of the project I was very impressed with the clean up and their willingness to ensure all the small details were complete to our satisfaction. Further, they went above and beyond with a few odds and ends which were really outside the scope of the project. They say you get what you pay for and with Restoration Exteriors I think I got more!! You can not go wrong with this company!

Our newly purchased home had rusted nails holding practically every siding panel on our house. Bob spent time with me, without pressuring me, trying to satisfy my extremely tight budget by offering to reside the front and fix the rest of the house with existing siding. His quote was the best (excluding the cowboys who suggested terrible fixes) and ultimately I was reassured that Restoration Exteriors would do a good job for a fair price so we employed them to reside our home, retrim it, install new guttering, change a window, and fix other design/fiddly elements I didn't like. The work is done (after the crews worked cleanly and efficiently while respecting my OCD requests which I gave to Bob who remained in constant contact overseeing the job to ensure I was happy), and my home looks amazing. For the tight budget I had, Restoration Exteriors did masses of projects to a high standard... my 30 year old house is the prettiest around.

Restoration Exteriors, I believe, provided a fair price to begin with. Haggling back and forth was not necessary. We agreed on a start date as long as the weather cooperated since it was an outdoor project. I paid 10 % deposit. Unfortunately weather did not cooperate and we had to delay the start by two days. Manager said that they will be there by about 8....and he was there right on time. The supplies person showed up a few minutes later and unloaded the supplies in the drive way. Few minutes later the work crew arrived. There were a few choices to be made on look of some the items to be installed. Manager had them create a couple of samples, I chose one of those to be the pattern to be installed. After that the crew took over making the various pieces needed,,, doing the prep work. It looked like that each of them knew exactly what they were to be doing once they arrived at the scene. I made some soft drinks available to them. One of the owners of the company came around lunch time to check how it was going. They cleaned up at the end of the day/ They only took a reasonable lunch break and worked until about 6:30 or so. Almost the same work schedule was kept the second day. Same was true the third day. Work completed around lunch time, the quality assurance guy came and checked things out. At the end of work the cleanup person cleaned up the drive way and picked up any scraps of metal from flower beds. Wrapped up and left! Few days later Manager and I met and I paid the remaining balance.

We received the estimate from Jason (owner) at the beginning of August and set up a time for them to begin - around Labor Day. They showed up on time and work continued through the end of September as prescribed in the estimate. All of the workers were friendly and hard-working. The siding is beautiful and we've received lots of compliments from our neighbors. We can whole-heartedly recommend Restoration Exteriors!

We received a flyer from Restoration Exteriors in the mail and since we were interested in Hardieplank as a durable product to replace our old siding we gave them a call. Jason Gioffre returned our call within 24 hours and an appointment was made. He was very professional and knowledgable of the material having worked for James Hardie the manufacturer of Hardieplank. The job was done in a timely fashion by a crew of professional and nice men.We were satisfied with the price quoted and very pleased with the completed job. We would highly recommend this company to anyone
