It went fine. I continued with them. I have a 4 time a year contract with them. I’m fine with them. They do more than I realize.

Very well. I purchased the big deal because I thought I had a termite infestation in my backyard. The technician came out did a thorough inspection. Thank God I did not have an infestation! He then proceeded to do a complete treatment of the outside of my house. I was so pleased with the service that I signed up for a quarterly pest control treatment and termite protection service with Reliance Pest. The office is very good about contacting me for my quarterly appointments and very accommodating to my schedule. My technician is very knowledgeable and professional. The office always follows up with a check in to make sure everything is to my satisfaction after my treatments. I will confidently recommend Reliance Pest to all my friends and family for their pest control needs.

I use them for a rental property and have had no complaints for the tenants.

Very well! The previous owners had this service and we just remewed because their service has prevented pests in the house for the first 4 months that we have been in the house.

Great! I've never once had a problem with anything this company has done for me or anyone who works there. I've had a termite contract and a separate pest control contract for years and have no intention of changing companies.

Reliance is GREAT. Have used other pest control companies in the past and these guys are by far the best. Always on time and very responsive to any calls that I have made.

Great Service. Initially I purchased a treatment package on Angie's List and later found out the packaged that I purchased was restricted only for those with no active termites. They continued to worked with me only charging me a very small diifference and the overall cost still remained less that half of the original cost for treatment. Very pleased with the outcome of the service. They went above and beyond my expectations for service and for this reason I would reccomend their services to others.

Tim was on time and professional. As always, conducted a thorough inspection and treatment. He was kind to my dogs and took a look at the issue in the barn. Provided temp treatment to the barn until he could come back and treat with proper equipment.

I've had contracts with Reliance for both pest service and termite inspection for close to 10 years and have never been anything but pleased with their service and results. I initially had a problem with rats; Reliance placed bait feeders in my garage, under the house and in the attic. I know they're service is effective as the bait has always been nibbled on and 'm happy to say I've not seen one since the traps were set. Every person who I've had contact with from the office staff to "my" service man, Tim, has never failed to be professional and friendly. The office calls to schedule the appointment at the beginning of the month treatment is due; reminds me the day before and follow up to be sure I'm happy. Tim is always on time, and I've never met a person as friendly yet focused on performing his job to the best possible level. I hope he works with Reliance for ever! I've recommended Reliance to several friends and neighbors and know at least 3 now use Reliance and all are pleased.

It worked out pretty good. I knew that I had termites beforehand so I bought the deal for the discount. They put some pesticide around the outside of the house and then treated where they'd found the termites.

Day before appointment received reminder call, Tim arrived at scheduled appointment time. Which I should add was on a Saturday, not many will come on Saturdays anymore. He took time to talk with us as to just what type of issues we were having. We were told to wait to purchase package on Angie's List until we talked with him as to make sure we were purchasing exactly what was needed. This was a very nice of the company to do, because they did not receive any monies until the tech had finished the whole house check. We saved quiet a bit by purchasing the package through Angie's List. Tim sat down and went over all his findings, no pressure to purchase unwanted or unnecessary product. Promise to come back out anytime we were having pest issues. We have used three different Pest Control agencies in the past all with less success. The others over charged and had very poor customer service. We were very pleased with the professional and workmanship of the tech, Tim. We are hopeful this quality of service will be the norm ( and I truly believe it will be).

Ok, Representatives seem confused as to what parts of the property are to be treated.

Problem seems to be resolved. I have contract with Reliance for quarterly service. The company is definitely 'A' list.

It went well. They showed up on time and went straight to the problem and took care of it. We had just bought the house and sometime between the inspection and us moving in we were hit with termite swarmers and ants. They even called back to check that all was going well and came back to spray again to make sure they were all gone. The guys were all very nice and professional I feel like I picked the right company to take care of any bug issue.

Short Story: We found bedbugs in our son's bedroom in February. We considered trying to get rid of them ourselves and we had two professional exterminators come out and inspect our home. We hired Reliance Pest & Termite Inc to help us. After educating myself, I would never try and take on bedbugs with out a professional. The ultimate result was that Reliance was able to exterminate / remove the bedbugs and the bugs have not been back for 5 months so far. Reliant was able to do the job for 26% less cost. 1. My wife found the bed bugs in my son's room. I read about them on line and found out these things are nothing to play around with. They are resistant to most bug killing chemicals and require the removal through a "whole house extermination strategy". That meaning the professional would have too do his part and our family would have to do our part. 2. The first exterminator spent about 8.5 minutes in our home inspecting and recommended we hire them for thousands of dollars for them to exterminate and we would have to move all our furniture, move out of the house for three days and handed me a quote. I needed a second opinion. 3. The tech from Reliant came out, crawled around our house for at least 45 minutes. He showed me were the bedbugs were and possibly how they got there. He "educated" me about bedbugs in a way that it made scene. He described the extent of our infestation and his biggest concerns. I asked him about the previous company and their high price quote. He said some infestations do require that much effort and cost but in his opinion our home's problem was not that extensive but did need attention. After our discussion, I agreed. He wrote up a "plan" and a quote for his companies services that was clear. He would come out twice to treat and our family was to take certain precautions until the bedbugs were surely goon. The technician seemed serenely concerned about our families problem. His extermination plan took into consideration that we had children living in the home and made adjustments in his treatment method. 4. Reliant technician came out twice to treat. He asked that I be there so his visit could be as productive as possible and that he could show me what was going on with the bedbugs and so we would both "be on the same page". After the first treatment we went over the "plan" and that he would come visit one more time. The second visit was an inspection and some preventative treatment but he seemed to have taken care of the bedbugs on the first trip. After his second visit, the tech went over the "plan" that our family should follow to prevent the bedbugs from returning. and how to inspect / recognize if the bedbugs had returned. They didn't! 5. One article I read on line is the most difficult aspect of ones house being infested is psychological. Living in the house while knowing they were here was terrible. Especially having small children in the house. If you think you may have bedbugs, read up about them and make an appointment with Reliance. They will put your families situation in perspective and help you with the best solution. Save yourself some money and hire a profession. I highly recommend Reliance Pest & Termite Inc. After it was all said and done, they got rid of the bedbugs at the best price. Good Luck.

Provider walked throughout the house and inspected for termites very thoroughly. In addition he even checked for some other insects. I would recommend this provider to others. However, we were unable to use his services for extermination or treatment.

Even though 8 months ago we received a termite certificate when we purchased out house it is proven now this was given under false pretenses by an employee that was working for another termite company but transitioning to of all things a real estate agent (the agency we were using!). Doug came out to do the above listed treatment to put us under a quarterly maintenance contract. He discovered that we had active termites and damage which led us down a trail that the company which issued the termite certificate 8 months ago is now going to fix free of charge. I am thankful that Doug made himself available to me while I was working out the issue with the other company and then followed up with me to see if there were any questions I had about what I was told, etc.... Hopefully after the other company (and I give kudos for them stepping up and assuming all responsibility) is done - Reliance Pest will have an easy maintenance of both my houses!

It worked out fine. The tech came over and answered my questions. He actually came back a couple of times to make sure everything was wrapped up. They come the first time and then back each quarter. They come when you need them as well. They were treating for roaches.

It was fine. I sprayed for a outside party.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. The problem was corrected after they came out. They sprayed very heavily and it left quite a bit of liquid around the baseboards. It didn't end up being an issue. I would recommend them because they corrected the problem.

We hired them through Angie's list. First visit, services were not performed because a sudden rainstorm came through, they promptly rescheduled. They did a great job they are kind and profession and very helpful. We hired them on a continuing basis.

That service was just great. They were able to come out within a week after I purchased the deal. They followed up and asked when would be a good day for them to come out. They showed up on time on the date that they said would be here. He came out and gave me some ideas that I could do different and made some suggestions too that I have changed. He has been back since and I signed a contract with them. I wished Angie’s List would let me give them an A+.
