Description of Work: They came out to check for mice and ants. They came out and did an inspection where rodents were getting into the house. We agreed to a bi-monthly exterminating services. They gave the cost to close up the entry way where the rodents were coming in. Dwight came out and was very nice and professional.

Description of Work: They cleaned out debits under the house, removed the 20 yr old vapor barrier, put down a new vapor barrier and replace all the vents. I have nothing but good things to say. I called Reliance for a second opinion and boy am I glad I did; the first company quoted me a $6,000 job with all kinds of things I didn't need. The people at Reilance were polite, prompt, honest and just plain easy to deal with. To make it even better they did the job with efficiency and accuracy. I highly recommend Reliance Pest Control.

 + 1 moreContacted the owner,Wayne for an estimate. Met with him that afternoon,went over the problems and what I wanted done.Wayne suggested several options which covered my concerns. Since I was considering selling my house,I needed these things done asap.The Reliance crew not only started the next day,they completed the treatments for moisture and mold,entire duct replacement with vents,vinyl barriers,pest control and complete cleaning of my crawl space(which really impressed my wife) in a day and a half. As if this was not enough, Wayne's estimate was almost $2000.00 LESS than the company I was ready to use! To me, that means I saved $2000.00! I was very pleased with their prices and work. I have another property that I will not hesitate to let Wayne and his company perform any of the services that RELIANCE PEST offers! I'm a very satisfied customer.

 + 1 moreEvery visit from a Reliance technician has been a pleasure. They are always friendly and very knowledgable about everything connected with bugs and crawls space issues. On one occasion this year I had an ant infestation and my technician came out after 8pm on a Friday evening. He found the solution, treated the area and I was not even charged for the visit. To me, that shows how dedicated they are to their customers.
Description of Work: I have an annual contract with Reliance Pest & Termite and they come out every quarter when they do a detailed inspection inside and outside the house. Approx. 4 years ago I had termites in my garage and front porch so termite stations were installed around the perimeter of the property. These are checked every visit and after the initial treatment I have not had any more termites. I also have the preventive pest solution sprayed throughout the house and outside. I'm happy that green products are used so I don't worry about hurting my dogs. Once a year my Reliance technician crawls under the house to check for pests and any insulation damage so I can determine if other preventive measures need to be taken.

We take advantage of their "green" program, meaning that they use an environmentally and pet-friendly spray in our home; it leaves very little odor afterwards and leaves no residue on our hardwood floors. They also spray around the outside perimeter of our home and in the basement. Their technicians are very thorough, and their office staff is always very pleasant. If we encounter any pest problems between our quarterly sprays, they will perform a re-spray at no extra charge. We highly recommend Reliance Pest & Termite.
