We have very competitive pricing and you can receive management services for as low as 8.9% At RPM we don't believe in locking our clients into a long-term contract, and so that is why all of our clients are provided with the 30-day No Long Term Contract Guarantee! That's right our management agreements are a month to month agreement. Our team is comprised of 21 individuals each placed in their roles and expertise to provide the best management services possible and provide our clients with the peace of mind that their property is being taken care of.

Responsive and Efficient! I contacted Real Property Management of Hampton Roads by email and Kenny Tucker responded by phone within 15 minutes to discuss the details about managing my rental property. I had originally hired a well known, big name real estate company and they just could not get the job done. My home had been sitting vacant for over 6 months and it had been entirely remodeled -there wasn?t a thing wrong with it. Kenny explained the entire process that RPM used to find solid tenants. They are very thorough - credit and rental history check, etc. They even video-taped a walk-through of my property as part of the ad and posted it along with a great description. Within 6 days, I had a nice young newlywed couple move in! Kenny and MC have been super to work with, very efficient and professional. I will highly recommend RPM to anyone I know that needs a rental or property manager.

Description of Work: They take every dime that they can. All the hassels of owning a house without the benefit of the resale part. And we were renting.Responsible for everythjng including maintanience, a 90 dollar charge for the service call plus the cost of the service. And they take your deposit at the end. Why rent when you are responsible for everything. And you get to live in the slums. Stay very far away if renting. I am sure that it is a great deal if you are the landlord.

I selected Real Property Management (RPM Hampton Roads) from a review on Angie's List. They were the most responsive of the three I contacted in the area. I had previously tried a smaller owner-operator manager, but it didn't go so well. So this time I opted for a larger company with a staff, and have been impressed so far. They are more expensive than the smaller guy, but so far it's worth it! They found a tenant within 30 days (they have a guarantee to this affect that if they don't find a tenant within 30 days, there's no finders fee), and have been very punctual with small repairs to the house. Some of the work they have done has been a bit pricey, but I'm not in a position to do the market research to find a cheaper alternative. So again, the price is a little higher, but I have peace of mind. I would certainly recommend them to others looking for a responsible rental management company in the greater Norfolk area!

All-in-all, I am very satisfied with their service and am glad I chose them. They were able to locate a tenant whose move-in schedule aligned with my personal plans, and also were willing to agree to my listed rent price. Additionally, they ensured that minor cosmetic maintenance that was requested by the tenants at move in was conducted. They provide me peace of mind that my property is being taken care of, while also ensuring that the tenants needs are being met.
Description of Work: RPM Hampton Roads helped me market my rental home, attract potential tenants, and facilitated the leasing process on my behalf. They continue to oversee various aspect of renting my home (collect rent, facilitating management, etc.).
