+ -1 moreHe was excellent. The service was excellent. The experience was wonderful. I had no problems. We had two different fireplaces. For one of them, we had ordered a mirrored backing. They came and put it in. Everything worked wonderfully, but then the stainless steel turned blue from the heat. He called the manufacturer, who said that it happens all the time. I didn't want that, so they replaced it with brick. We got the cost refunded. It wasn't their fault. It was the manufacturer's fault.
Description of Work: Originally, they put in two gas logs. Another company that works with them ran the actual gas line.
