Mr. Smith was great to work with and his electricians were very professional and did everything that was asked. They found a couple of things that were not per the code and brought it to my attention. This was not done to add more work but to be sure that I knew it was an unsafe condition and they were not comfortable leaving it as it was. They were punctual and did not need any supervision. Mr. Smith came out and looked at what we wanted and he sent me a quote the next day. We scheduled the work for a couple of weeks later so the night before the work was to be accomplished, I left a brief hand written list of what I wanted done. This was more work than the original scope of work that Mr. Smith had quoted. I was not at the house when the work was done by his electricians did everything on the list as if I were right there with them. Even with the additional work, the final price was reasonable and fair. I would definitely us them again. I have no complaints.

R. H. Smith has been doing our electrical work for many years. We do not call anyone else. The crew completely re-wired the kitchen, installed new outlets, hard-wired the new lighting (which was the last part of the whole kitchen job), and installed a new breaker panel. The crews always arrived promptly, were very professional and skilled, kept their work area neat, explained what they were doing, and talked about options as they went along. A couple of add on jobs were scheduled and completed without a hitch. The company was very patient with us as the work progressed, only scheduling when we were prepared for the next phase of the electrical work. We feel confident the only the highest quality materials were used and that they were installed safely. The LED lighting strips really set off the new kitchen look. We are so pleased.
