+ -1 moreHorrible company that 2 10 warranty farmed me out too. First the receptionist says they can't get a plumber to my house, because they are "slammed", so why is that the customer's problem? Should hire more employees, not my problem. 4 weeks later, they never even show up to the appointment, or even call after I took the day off from work. I also have a huge water bill now because toilet wasn't fixed. Terrible company, and I will be putting pressure on the warranty company to have them fired as a vendor partner. Don't hire this company, they are the worst.
