+ -1 moreTechnician was responsive to request for an estimate and timely in doing the work requested. He arrived on time. Worked until job was done. He offered advice to us and trained us in how to use the system. He fax'd paper work to our insurance company so we could get a lower rate.
Description of Work: Installed a Honeywell security alarm system that is monitored 24/7. Front and Back entrances fitted with sensors to notify when door is open. Main living area fitted with motion sensor. Alarm control pad located in easily accessible area.

+ -1 moreWhat I didn t like is after 6 months a battery went dead and when they came out to replace it they never mentioned a fee or any charge for that. A month later I got a bill for $65 and I felt like this was underhanded and I am thinking about changing companies.
Description of Work: They installed an alarm system in my home. They also replaced a dead battery.
