+ -1 moreRick did an outstanding job and made sure the design was functional, and met all of my expectations. He was very easy to get a hold of and walked myself and the construction through any issues. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Rick is the owner of Professional Construction Consultants LLC. He designed the pier, boat lift, and riprap arrangement for my backyard. He developed and submitted all of the permits for the City, State, Army Corp of Engineers, and Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act.
