Let’s start by saying this company is awesome. Chris who did our floors and cabinets after having water damage was the best. Very professional and did a fantastic job. Did in three weeks what another company couldn’t do in three months. Let’s talk about the owner Billy. He came for us to sign the certificate of completion and he was the nicest man let me tell you. I would not have anyone but proclean do work on my home. During this stressful time proclean came through for us. I can not thank you all enough.

OMG After the first week I cried hard all night and even in front of Jay. The work was sloppy (horrible). Lightweight plastic drop cloths left paint EVERYWHERE. It would fly up if someone walked by. The first week as with this week workers didn't show up for work until around 11 a.m. not their fault they were ready at 9 a.m. waiting for him (Jay) to pick them up. Oh You can't imagine the promises this smooth talker made. It's my understanding the employees have trouble getting paid. The Proposal is for $3,000, half up front as requested and the other half when completed. Jay has five employees, don't expect a lot because I suspect 3 of them are painters. Oh why didn't I check here first. Most people don't read reviews because even the owner can come in and write rave reviews. All of them are nice and I would adopt them but once they were mine we would have a loooooong discussion. Jay whines and whines that it is the employees' fault but everything always falls back on the man you hire to make sure the work gets done. Should I pay him? He says he has a signed contract, I don't. Maybe my husband does. We are both on the verge of losing it because the Proposal was for 6/6/17 at least that's what he says. If you know what they say about car salesmen, then you will understand why this smoozer will break your heart with promises he can't keep.

Worst and most horrible experience dealing with a company in my life. Project was estimated to take three days turned into almost two weeks. First two days painter left after only 30 minutes of being on the job. Painters were very rude talking about condition of house and "all the extra added work" right in front of the home owner. One night they were at the home until almost 11pm stating they wanted to finish the job. Just spent most of the time talking/ no work being done. Original paint colors were lost and had to take second choice paint. Painting very sloppy and painted over electrical and light sockets. Most of electrical and light socket covers were lost and they just left without replacing. Paint splotches left all over the floor. I was told they would clean them up never did. Threw away curtain rods after asking they be kept. (Was planning on painting and reusing so added expense of buying new ones.) Found cigarette ashes on living room floor. They had no tools and when needing a tool to get the job done kept asking/borrowing from the home owner. Did not complete all areas of home they agreed to paint. When they left they took my ladder, several tools I loaned them and my vacuum. Also found my thirty dollars missing, (My fault) No to little supervision from owner of company. They stated at time of initial interview they could haul away old furniture and had several trucks that do it at one time within a couple of hours. Turns out they only had one pick up truck that took the whole two weeks to get rid of the furniture. It sat in my front yard and I had to constantly complain to get it taken way. I was told kitchen floor would take only two days. Turned out to be four. Workers were always late. High utility bills as came home two days in a row and found windows open with my air conditioner on full blast. Was overcharged almost $1000.00 more than agreed upon price. Like a dummy paid in full and have yet to receive my itemized receipt even though everyday I have called about it they stated that they will drop it off by end of the day. That was almost a week ago and still told the same thing. Left several calls with owner, Jay, to discuss this matter but he has not called me back. The happy want to treat the customer right attitude has turned into the ignore and hope they will go away attitude. Most of the items such as the Spackle and patching of walls that I was told was added on in the price had an extra charge at the end. and In hindsight should have fired these guys on the first day. There is something to be said when the workers ever complain, which they did all the time, about the owner and his unprofessional practices. I am sorry to say I did hire this company but would never do it again. I would advise anyone looking for painters to by pass this company.

HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN . CONTRACT SAID WOULD FINISH IN ONE WEEK SIGNED CONTRACT ON 29 AUG 2016 SAID FINISH SEPT. 9 2016. FISNISHED( LEFT JOB ) ( NOT COMPLETED) ON 15 OCT. 2016. MIRRORS BROKEN CURTAINS AND RODS DESTROYED PAINTING VERY SLOPPY, CLEANING HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER CREW COME IN TO REDO. PAID HALF OF $3400.00 IN ADVANCE (DUMMY). THEN PAID ANOTHER $900.00 TO HIS PARTNER TO BRING IN NEW CREWS TO COMPLETE. DID NOT DO. BUT BROKE 2 (24 X 72)$300.00 WALL MIRRORS. DESTROYED ALL RODS & HARDWARE( THREW away ) THREW DRAPERY & CURTAINS IN TRASH. OVER PHOINE MADE 3 TO 5 MEETINGS TO MEET WITH HIM TO DISCUSS SITUATION NEVER SHOWED FOR ANY OF THESE . HAD TO RECALL HIM TO NO AVAIL.NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN. DID TELL MY S-I-L OVER PHONE I COULD FOR GET THE BAL. $800.00. HA|!!. NOW AFTER HOME INSPECTION HAVE TO REPLACE ALL RECEPTICLES DUE TO PAINT OVER. REPLACE, WALL MIRRORS, RDO RODS, CURTAINS ETC./ JUST RECVD WATER BILL FOR $354.00 NORMALLY$ 139.00 NO ONE IN HOUSE SINCE 29 APRIL 16.UNTIL CONTRACTOR CREWS ARRIVED . WATER DEPT SAID BILL WAS PROBABLY DUE TO THEM. SAID CREWS HAVE LEFT SPIGOTS OPEN FOR DAYS!! ( BUT NO PROOF)
