+ -1 moreI can't recommend this company enough. They are a small family-owned business and still respond very quickly. Nancy coordinates everything and is very pleasant and helpful. Steve and Jeremy performed the work. They were very knowledgeable and all-around nice guys. They worked the entire day and got it done that day. The service even includes 2 six-month checkups. We had to call them after a vibration noise developed in the furnace, after about a month, and they came out that day and fixed it.

+ -1 moreI like his wife Nancy, so when you call, she answers the phone, and it is just easy to deal with, and he comes quickly, just for the routine service as well. He is a very personable man, I feel like he knows what he is doing, and he has kept things running for us, and I like him. He is usually here for close to an hour, looking at things, flushing things, and cleaning things. The price is reasonable.
Description of Work: We use Pride Mechanical Heating & Air Cooling. We have him come out in the spring, and he flushes the system, and changes the filter, and we have damper panels that are in a crawl space, which he has to reverse in the summerso that there is more air conditioning upstairs and in fall, so that we have more heat upstairs.
