Prestige Pressure Washing L.L.C came out stripped our deck, cleaned it and put on a new stain. With the stain they did not get the mixture right, it rained and the next day we had rusty water all over the deck. So they came back then they stripped it again put on another coat of the same. They damaged the hip plate to my new storm door, took off the finish, stained the side of the house, and I really think it needed a third coat. I had him come out here and look at it. I don’t know what to say. I think he did not take any precaution because we have awnings at the back of the house where some work was done, there was a lot of spotting all over the awnings. We had a brand new window put in above the kitchen sink that was where the work was done, my husband had to go out there with a non abrasive sponge and get that stuff out of the widow. It was a mess through and through. He being in the deck business not so many things should have gone wrong. I just feel that they don’t know as much as think they do. I will not use them again. They don’t cleanup. We had brand new storm doors put in with brass kick plates at the bottom and those guys ruined the finish on it. They did not even care. I don’t expect anything to be any better other than at the time you set foot in this place. I want it left just like you have found it. When they left it looked like demolition derby in here. I will not recommend them nor will I use them again.
