Overall the end product is excellent! The project started and ended on time. Responsiveness could use some improving since I still haven't received a final invoice. The two boys that completed the work, worked very hard on the job. Update. The flooring had air bubbles in it and they said they would come back to fix. They never came back to fix the work.

Mike Sharfe was VERY prompt and through when providing me an estimate to install an additional 600 sq feet of new hardwood flooring. I was trying to match some existing hardwood floors that were in very good condition. His pricing was very reasonable and included re-polishing my existing floors. When the job started, Mike was onsite for the first day then his crew took over. Gabe and Harrison are AWESOME! Very friendly, very professional and very VERY good at what they do. Not one detail was overlooked and the matched my existing floor stain almost precisely! The guys were on time each day, they cleaned up after themselves and they respected my home completely. I don't think they ever left the "work area".. not even to use the bathroom. My floor install is complete and I am so pleased with the work Mike, Gabe & Harrison did that I would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done!

We removed carpeting to find the hardwood floors in good condition except for damaged area by the front door. Mike Scharfe was very informative about what needed to be done and explained the procedure. He also explained choices in finishes and colors. He and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time, moved the heavy furniture prepped the floor, refinished the floors all in a clean and careful manner. Mike was on hand to help with decision making and to see that work was on schedule and done perfectly. I would recommend moving family and pets out during the staining. The fumes were very intense especially the oil based polyurethane. I plan to have them return to refinish the last 2 bedrooms.

Our floors are gorgeous. We had a lot of damage, and he came up with a plan to remedy that with out costing alot of money. His idea was to use a darker stain. He also worked around our deadline moving schedule. He went out of his way.
