They were pretty good. I didn't get the color on my fence that I thought I was going to get. I was supposed to get clear and it's not really clear so that's the only thing I'm real pleased about. But, he did it quick.

Power Clean Pros provided an outstanding service when I needed my outdoor deck cleaned. After providing a simply photo of the deck, I promptly received a quote for the work service. The cleaning was performed very fast but efficient. Paul from Power Clean Pros was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend using Power Clean Pro for any future pressure washing projects.

Paul came over the same day I called. He gave me an estimate and scheduled the time to do the work. Weather prevented him from doing the work the day that we had scheduled. Paul was in constant contact with me and allowed me to pick the exact date I wanted the work done. He came the day I requested, on time, and got the work done in the two hours he scheduled me for. At first all I had scheduled was the upstairs deck. When he came over to do the work I asked about the downstairs deck. The price was great (an extra $65) so I included the downstairs deck also. He said no problem and got all the work done that day.

We were looking for a thorough power wash of our house before we put it up for sale. We had called many people from Angie's List on Saturday to come power wash before our sale date deadline of Wednesday. He was very prompt in getting back with us on the phone, and he said he would be here Monday at noon. He came to our house 15-minutes early, a promptness that we have rarely experienced in our interaction with other home maintenance companies. Paul is extremely motivated and dedicated. He was very courteous. It was raining and chilly outside, and he did everything he said he would do with no excuses because of the weather. He was done by 1:30pm. He showed us all that he had done. He is one power washing machine! We can see our house is gray again (not green and ridden with dirt, grime, and cobwebs as it was before he power washed). Being a consumer of his business, this was an outstanding experience. I wish all of my experiences with businesses were of this caliper.

It was great. They responded and set up the appointments. The service was great. I did hang around outside with them. They did a good deal. He was here when he said he would be here. He's very professional.

Paul responded within 24 hours to my online request for an estimate. He was the most thorough in his job description and competitively priced. He was able to do the job the next day due to improved winter weather conditions. The finish was everything he said it would be and more! Highly recommended.

Paul was able to come out the next day and did a great job, this is a rental property and I wanted to have this done before the tenant moved in. Paul was very easy to deal with and I will use this company again.

We just got our house on the market last minute and needed a good power cleaning for our vinyl siding. I purchased the Angie's List coupon for Power Clean Pros and sent them an email with prospective dates. They were extremely quick to respond, exceptionally polite and willing to work with our needs. For example, we had just replaced and painted the trim along the roof line and around the doors and Paul was able to ensure the work was not damaged. The house looks fantastic!

Contrary to initial plans as discussed with Power Clean Pros owner, Paul, he attempted to power wash the deck and apply the coating the same day, even though it was raining. The coating did not dry properly or adhere to the deck. Paul agreed to re-apply the coating at a later date, which he did.

Outstanding service and quality of work.

Provider was prompt & professional. At first application, provider did not remove planters or torches leaving bare/untreated areas. When brought to his attention not only did the provider come back out & correct, he gave a second coat to the entire railing. I was very pleased with his work

The service went great. I was not there while they did the service. The staff were efficient and professional. I had called quite a few companies beforehand and they gave the best pricing and did the best job. They did exactly what I needed and scheduling was not an issue.

Paul did a great job. He called to confirm the appointment the night before and showed up on time. He completed the work quickly and made sure to protect my plants with tarps. He was very professional and pleasant. Will definitely be using him again.

He is licensed and insured and everything. This guy is absolutely 5 star. He exceeds any expectations in any way that you can think of. He even took pictures. I couldn't see the house but I just knew it was time for the house and so he sends me these graphic picture of it before he did the job and then after he did the job and I didn't even ask him to do it. I was so impressed just by talking to him, I saw another part of the house, no the garage needed to be cleaned, not the house and he gave me a wonderful price on it. And then he took pictures of it before and after, graphic pictures. And the guy just did a fantastic, beautiful job and he's very knowledgeable. He is very knowledgeable in everything that he has done. I couldn't have been happier. I recommend him. The girl that runs the house also agreed that he did a perfect job. He didn't spray any paint on anything that didn't belong or mess anything up. He didn't disturb anybody at all. Everybody liked him over there. As far as the paint, he had to do quite a bit of prep and quite a bit of trim painting and I may have even got him to put in some... I can't remember if I supplied the paint or if he supplied it or what.

It was HORRIBLE! He blasted my deck and hammock stand with chlorine bleach. It all turned white (except where he didnt' hit directly which is splotchy) and then, as the sun hit it, it split, splintered, broke .... it is destroyed. I told him that I was not happy with it, but he demanded payment anyway (despite his so-called "satisfaction guarantee." I have contacted him several times to try to remedy the situation but besides the disparaging remarks he makes on the phone, he has not made any attempt to actually FIX what he destroyed. He showed up today while I was unavailable -- without prior notice or communication -- and then when I called him back, said he would never be back again. I WASN'T here, or able to accomodate whatever he wanted at the time. He came without notification! Anyway, I still have a destroyed deck and hammock stand with apparently no way to fix them. He took my money - will not refund it -- and will not fix it. So I'm out the money and in a HUGE destructive situation. So that's what you'll get with this company.

Called and he was over at my house within three hours. We agreed on the price and I was amazed that he started immediately and pressure washed the deck, front porch, walkway and driveway in about 3 hours. He said he would return the next day around 12 noon to stain and seal the deck. It was perfect timing just as he promised 12 noon he was there to complete the job. The completed job looks great and I am well satisfied. I have already recommended him to friends and family. It's nice to find someone who gives a fair price and is dependable.
