Pool Scouts Virginia Beach and Norfolk

I used Pool Scouts for the first time to open my pool. We are now at appointment number 4 to attempt to open my "green pool" with still no hope of it being open. This appointment I was finally home for to see them clean it. During this cleaning they kept smacking my string lights with the pole used to clean the pool and now they are pulled down. They are supposed to be "cleaning" the pool for 30 minutes but instead they sat in my front yard for 20 minutes in their van. They have used my hose and just left it laying in my pool after using it. During this cleaning both technicians went to the side of my gate in front of my camera and peed on my house. The second one was atleast smart enough to notice the camera before he started and say I think she can still see us. I am just so frustrated and disappointed at this point. I have contacted the company and the explanations I have been given by the "manager" Sherri is this isn't magic its not just going to be clean. That is correct it is a business and its actually science. Let's keep in mind my pool is a year old and was professionally closed last year. Then when I reached out about the issues that happened at this appointment and was told that the technicians have been warned and at this point it is what it is. I have never been spoken to as a customer in such an unprofessional manner especially considering how much money I have already paid this company for the terrible service I have received since day one.

Dan and his team did an excellent job as always. We have used Pool Scouts for 4 years and have referred them to all of our friends. The job they do is always top notch!! Wouldn't ever think about changing to another company as they could never exceed Pool Scouts!

Great. They put the chemicals I provided and put the cover on and cleaned the lines and drained the lines of the filter

I have used Pool Scouts for over 5 years now and would not consider changing.to another company Their technicians always show up on time - and go straight to work. Job is always completed in a professional manner and my summer gear is put away very neatly in the storage area. Always a pleasure to deal with Pool Scouts personnel. Everything was done in a timely matter. Parts took a couple days but Pool Scouts came out next day to fix.

Very professional. They did a great job with diagnosis of the pool equipment, and fixed the problem. I hired them as my permanent pool company immediately. Office staff was also very pleasant and helpful.

Very well. I have never used a service before to open the pool. I received an advertisement I’m the mail that looked attractive to me so I called them. They were professionals right from the start. Within a week and a half my pool went from green to clean and my dog was the first to jump in. I’ll use them again for sure.

Team was prompt, friendly and efficient. They listened to the issue, asked questions and began looking at the pool mechanics. Turned out the grids in the DE filter were disintegrating. We got new grids the next day and we were back in action. We felt confident that the issue had been resolved completely and accurately. We have been enjoying the pool without any issues ever since. Thought the pricing was a bit high, but peace of mind was well worth the price paid. Will definitely use Pool Scouts again.
