Claimed he can smell structural defects, sight unseen Figure that one out. Too bad there are no ZERO star ratings.

Did not actually use his service, as he was an inspector, not a repair person. He was honest from the get go, and said that if I knew I had an issue, that I should just get someone to repair the damage. I appreciated his honesty and asked who he would use. He did get me in touch with a gentleman that came and looked at the roof and repaired in the same day for what I felt was a good price

The inspection was good, used them 3 times, I am an investor and I always call him for an inspection on properties that I am interested in buying. Always asked him for evaluation before I decide on buying a property. He is always on time with our appointments. He is good in telling me what his job is and what exactly what he is doing as an inspector. He also give me advise on repairs as well.

The Home inspection was a great experience.....Thomas is people person in which he is going to explain every issue with your home....and he is going to tell you where his expertise lies. He does not come off as a know it all but kinda like that guy next door that has all the tools you want to borrow....He even came back out to do a re-inspection after the repairs were made..... He is your guy hands down

Tom was punctual and the re-inspection went well. He followed up with all issues from our initial inspection and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Tom to anyone looking for a home inspector!

Mr. Gallagher was professional, through and very knowledgeable. Gave us a great report on what needed to be done on the home before we purchased.
