I paid for a tuneup and what I got was an estimate for a new roof. Very minimal work was done as part of the tuneup.

The company came out and took pictures of my roof to show them to me. I could see for myself what was needed. They did everything listed in their advertisement.

Small repairs were performed and an assessment of roof condition given. Well worth the price of the Angie's List big deal offer.

Estimate and quote were performed within days of originial request. Roof replacement was scheduled within a month which exceeded homeowner's expectations. Changes to materials were met with ease. This company provided a military discount as well as the current GAF rebate. Some minor communication misunderstandings, but nothing that wasn't clarified quickly. Subcontractors delivering building supplies was completely unprofessional, but Patriot Roofing handled that issue to my satisfaction. The only issue that I had was that they supervisor came before the crew arrived, then did not appear again for the duration of the 2 day project. My idea of supervising at a minimum is that the supervisor is there at the beginning and end of every day as well as just prior to completion to ensure project is proceeding on schedule, safely, and correctly that way corrections can be made before they are costly and homeowners questions are answered as they occur. The crew kept pretending they didn't speak English and ignoring me so I kept having to call to get answers. Never-the-less, I would still recommend this company and intend to use them again myself.

All necessary repairs to my roof were done. The work was done in a very timely manner. The roofer was very professional. I was very pleased.

We noticed a water stain on a bedroom ceiling and noticed that a pipe in the attic that extended through the roof had some daylight showing next to it. Omar showed up on time and went up into the attic to check out that pipe and advised us as to how to proceed. Fortunately, it didn't require much work and we got the problem solved.

Went very well. Would definitely recommend.

Omar needed to make a schedule change to the appointment. He was very proactive with the changes and kept us informed. Upon arrival, he was very professional and sealed up a problem area. Two months later, I experienced a leak in a light dome. He came over that day and believed that there was a crack in dome somewhere. He provided an estimate for dome replacement and advice on how to accomplish the task myself, if I chose that route. It is obvious that Omar is very concerned with customer service. Any future roofing repairs will be referred to Partriot Rooding.

They inspected roof as per the coupon. They presented photos of damage and gave an estimate of needed repairs. Within a few days the work was scheduled. They arrived on time. They updated me as the work progressed so I was aware of the extent of the damage and the necessary steps to repair. Everything was clean when they left.

Originally hired Patriot Roofing to repair a leaky roof...called one day and he was here the next. Since we were in the market for a new roof, we asked for an estimate. We had a couple other estimates from different companies in the area. This one was not the lowest estimate but it encompassed everything we needed/were looking for. Within a few weeks I had a new roof. It looks great. The workers were on time and professional and did a great job cleaning up when they were done. I highly recommend Patriot Roofing.

Not very impressed. While they did come out, and they say they did an inspection of our roof, we got no written report. We got a verbal report only after calling them about a month later. And now, with just the outskirts of Hurricane Sandy the leak is back.

The guy showed up on time but not able to use the Big Deal. The estimate was twice as much than what I expected to pay. The Big Deal should have a better detailed information on what the coupon entitles.

After making the initial appointment we had a scheduling conflict on our end. They were very agreeable when we had to reschedule. The mechanic was very nice and took the time to explain everything after his inspection.

repairman came at time promised, finished work in a timely manner had to come back with a few more pipe collars that afternoon...installed them. talked with him he imformed me i had a few bad spots on the the roof....had an estmate a few days later am getting additional work done at a later time...very nice to deal with..happy with the work done...would highly recommend them

Overall an excellent experience with Patriot Roofing. The project started a day later than planned. Omar was very knowledgeable about the GAF Timberline products and installation techniques. Although he was not on site during the installation, he was available by phone immediately to answer our questions. The crew did an excellent job removing the old roof and installing the new one. They were courteous and hard-working. The cleanup was impeccable.

I called for an estimate the representative was somewhat short; however, an estimate was scheduled. The estimator never showed up or called.

I waited 2 months to make this assessment of Patriot Roofing in order to allow time for my warranty from GAF to arrive as well as to give the roof a little time to settle in and ensure no hidden problems were discovered. I am happy to report that the roof is secure and completely sealed from water entering the house. The recent hurricane provided an excellent test on the roofs soundness. The first contact I had with Patriot Roofing was the estimate, I was a little concerned when Omar Emisson the owner showed up and hour and a half late. This was the only misstep made during the entire process, his estimate was concise and easy to understand. He explained all facets of the processes that would take place to replace the roof. I had three estimates from different companies, all the estimates were for GAF lifetime shingles, however only Patriot promised a 50 year warrant from GAF, the others were 30 year. I thought that a 50 year warranty seemed a little excessive, I received my warranty from GAF this week and sure enought it is for 50 years. Patriot had the best price by a few hundred dollars with one contractor and over a thousand with the other. With the coupon on Angies List I saved $300.00 which more than paid for the membership at Angies. A good deal all the way around! The job started a day after the estimated start date, (this was weather related). The crew of three American's, I only point out their nationality because often you hear that the majority of this type of work is performed by illegal immigrants which sometimes make communicating with the work crew impossible. The job took two days and the day after the job was complete a truck arrived to remove the debris container. From start to finish the crew was professional and respectful in every way. The weather threatened for both days so the crew completed sections of the roof instead of ripping the entire roof off at once. Omar came by the house both days to check on progress and keep me informed.. I am retired so I was able to be home both days during the tear down and installiation. The crew did a great job of letting me know what was going on, I even went on the foof a few times during the installation. After the job was complete the clean up went smooth, I did find a few nails in the grass after the clean up but with the removal of the old roof I expected there would be many more. My pool sets about 15 feet from the house and not one nail got in the pool. Another good thing about using the GAF shingles was that they are made in the USA.. I would highly recommend Patriot Roofing, even if you get a crew other than the one I had, with the amout of time Omar was at the house the results should be the same, outstanding!

Patriot Roofing Company is one of the most professional home service companies that I have ever dealt with. From the initial estimate to the completion of the job, everything was explained and all my questions were answered. The service contract was well worded and explained the work that to be done, start and completion dates, cost of extra materials, and explanation of the warranty. There employees were polite and informative. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to have any type of roofing work.

I received a coupon for the company, so I called on a Friday. They said they would be at my house between 8:30 and 9:30. Around 10:30, they called and said they were on their way. The guy came about an hour later. He took pictures and said he would give them to his boss, and he would be getting in touch with me. On Tuesday, I called and asked what was going on. The guy who came to the house answered the phone and told me his boss/brother would be getting in touch with me. I have never heard from them. I assume the job was too small, I would have appreciated them calling me to tell me. I will be buying a new roof soon, and it will not be from this company. Do not call this company if you have a small job to complete. It will be a waste of time.

They were very professional and thorough. We called a couple of providers and they were pretty close in terms of price. We have not made our final decision yet. We would use their services to get a quote again in the future.

As they looked highest rated in my geographical area, contacted them on the email on Angies List to obtain an estimate for repair of my EPDM/rubber roof. Couple of days later said do work on all kinds or roof. So I called to schedule an appointment for estimate and, then, when reached the owner/estimator said i needed to go to their website and complete information and then he would call that afternoon. (I don't know why couldn't have directed me to that by email) I insisted on leaving my number (as well as reponding in detail on their website) and we agreed we would talk that afternoon. No call. So sent email and gave again work and home numbers. No call. Repeated the emails. No call. It's been about 1 12 to 2 months now. I don't know if "repair" in my request seemed like to little $ value to him? (too bad for Patriot if so, as I am going now with replacement versus repair Or despite reassurance don't like to do EPDM work or?? Maybe too busy? They may do good work, but the customer service end for me was quite poor.
