Omar was very polite when I spoke with him on the phone. I however did not use the tune up special. No work was performed. If I need any work done in the future, I will defiantly give him a call again.

We contacted Patriot roofing in response to a special listed on Angie's List. We knew our roof was larger and would require more footage of roofing. As it turned out there was another Patriot Roofing special that turned out to be better for us price wise . Omar Emilssan did not hesitate to tell us. We appreciated his honest and professional service in both the estimate and the work done. We are more than satisfied. His was by far the best of three estimates.

The whole project went very well.

Before they came out they called to let me know that they will be running late beacuse of a previous job that they had. Once he showed up he was able to perform the work very quickly and advised me about what he inspected and gave a quote on how much it would be. Overall good experience and I will use this company again.

It went well. Easy to schedule appointment. Very punctual service. Professional and great work. Paid less than originally quoted (perhaps because I had the shingles already). All in all great service.

It was time to replace the roof on my 1969 ranch house. I had called another company about 3 months previous and received a written estimate that threw me into sticker shock. Then I became a member of Angie's List and, in reviewing the ratings, found Patriot Roofing. I called Omar, explained that I was in need of a roof replacement but that the condition was not immediately critical. He came out within 2 days, climbed on the roof for measurements and review, and provided me with a written estimate that was substantially lower than the one I already had from the other company. He meticulously went over the estimate, explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. He also left a packet of literature on the materials and suggested that I go to the website for further information. I proceeded to get a third estimate before making a decision. Luckily, this company also used the same products so I could make an easy comparison among the three quotes. Two of the three had quoted a price based on architectural grade shingles. (The highest quote was for standard 3-tab shingles.) I decided to hire Patriot even though his quote was not the lowest of the three. I chose Patriot based on Omar's respectful nature, his demonstrated thoroughness, and his professionalism. The flow of the job was scheduled efficiently. Once I had decided on the color of the shingle, the job was scheduled based on my availability and the weather predictions. The afternoon before, the dumpster was delivered. Omar called and asked if it could come in the day before so it would be in place when his crew arrived. He explained that it would be easier to get it through traffic in the afternoon that trying to get through the HRBT in morning rush hour. I had no problem with this arrangement. I am very pleased to say that the team Omar sent to do the job was as thorough and professional as Omar himself. They arrived just after 7 AM, introduced themselves, and explained what they would be doing. They got right to work. I was concerned about some landscaping and explained this to the team leader. He was very accommodating of my wishes for them to avoid throwing the trash in a certain area. He even covered a small plant with a bucket to protect it. Just as they were finishing tearing off the old roof and replacing some sheathing, delivery of the shingles and other materials occurred. No waiting. No wasted time. The crew worked until it was too dark to see, finishing all the shingles before leaving. The next morning they arrived again a little after 7 AM. They did some finish work and a thorough clean up before leaving at mid-morning. The dumpster was gone a couple of hours later. They left behind a professionally- done roof and nothing more. No nails. No wrapping. No pieces of shingle. If I hadn't been here, I would never had guessed that construction and de-construction had happened on the property. Omar came by the afternoon of the second day to check the job. Again he walked the roof and took pictures so he could answer the questions I had. I am most impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of this company. My only regret is that I won't need them again for another 25 years!

Patriot provided great service from start to finish. When conducting the quick repairs and inspection, Omar assured me that the roof would be OK for a while, but needed to be redone. He went over the materials he would use and left a bunch of info for me. I did some of my own online research, got the other quote and in the end decided to go with Patriot. When I called to confirm I wanted the work done, I asked for some additional work: I wanted the shingles on an 8x12 shed replaced with the same ones going on the house. The patriot crew did a terrific job throughout including clean-up. Patriot re-shingled the shed essentially for the cost of materials and, though we did not talk about it, put the roof ridge vent on the shed as well. The quote for the work included a military discount and the invoice deducted the $100 for the Angie's List roof "tune-up". The roof looks great and we got great value. With the lifetime warranty on the shingles and the 10 year labor warranty, I don't expect to need Patriot anytime soon, but I would call them again in a second.

I had them come out for an estimate and they found that my roof was over 500 sq/ft more than what the deal would cover. This would be an additional cost of $2,400. I decided to get a refund on the deal because I simply cannot afford the extra cost. However, they were very professional, honest and pleasant to work with and would not hesitate to work with them in the future.

The estimate was fair, the work was done in a timely manner. The clean-up was excellent. Overall a very nice experience. I will use Patriot again if needed.

I purchased a Deal of the Day to have the roof inspected for $49.00. We've have had some leaks and wanted to make sure there were not anymore. Informed us of a couple of areas of rusted vent pipes and flashing around the fireplace. He was able to caulk some areas for us. They were on time which was very important to my husband and explained everything he did very well. My husband was very please and would definitely use them again.

I like the job Patriot Roofing's did overall. Two weeks ago, a problem arise on the tiles in the garage where they put the roof over, they said they would take a look at it and I haven't seen anyone yet. He quoted $5100 and then they did had a problem with it, I had a room and I know that roof was really rotted away and had to put new beams at it, that's not a problem so I immediately know the price would go up. I thought that it would be somewhere 65 or 66 but it was at 7100.

They were prompt, professional, and honest people which are great qualities in the roofing business. They replaced some shingles ( I furnished the shingles) and sealed around pipes and vents. They informed me that my roof was a "little tired" meaning the outer coating was worn off several sections on the house. This was not a surprise to me. I will certainly entertain the company for future use whether it be a new roof or repairs. A great experience.

The crew did what I would call an excellent job and with the discounts, the price was very good compared to other roofing jobs I know of. There was a delivery problem that they dealt with right away though it meant some travel. With that delay, they stayed well after dark doing a very difficult clean-up. I would not hesitate to recommend Patriot Roofing to anyone. The crew was prepared, courteous, and as good as their word.

In spite of stormy weather before starting Omar worked us in and completed the job in two days. (one other roofer said he wouldn't do the job because of the height and steep pitch) Great communication and followup. We are more than pleased with toe total job,, and price.

Great service. I discovered two small leaks in my roof. AT about the same time, the List offered a "big deal" from Patriot to fix such things and assess the overall health of the roof. I will definitely go back to Patriot.

Called and spoke left a message for Patriot Roofing. The message was returned on the same day. I spoke with the owner, Omar. He advised that the company would come out the next day to quote the job. I never heard from Omar again and no one performed the quote. I left voicemail twice after the missed appointment on the companies phone number. No one returned any of my calls. I am very disappointed with the professionalism of this individual and company. I had read some bad reviews about the same type of customer service, but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. It tuns out , the Reviews were RIGHT!

In addition to repairing the leaking skylight tube, I inquired the possibility of repairing a drooping gutter on the front of my home as well as installing new guttering/eave-troughs on the rear of my home where there had been no guttering at all. Omar (owner of Patriot) worked up an estimate for all requested. I also expressed my concern to Omar that the Angie's List special makes it appear that I paid $49 for a "free" estimate or I paid $49 to get a $100 credit. He disagreed but I didn't push the point as I felt his price for the requested repairs to be extremely fair at $342. The original price was $480, -$100 Angie's List credit, - 10% military credit, = $342. The Patriot's crew showed up promptly and as scheduled, to repair my leaking skylight tube. The repair took approximately 30 mins. The gutter repair and install was scheduled for another day and for another crew. That team was also on time and professional. They had to reschedule a couple of times due to weather but always communicated well as to their intentions. The rehanging of the front gutter and the install of the rear gutter took approximately 1.5 hours. I would use Patriot Home Exteriors again. However, I will be very leery of ANY Angie's List special where you pre-purchase a particular service as there is opportunity for a business to get "free money" without having to do much.

They started in the morning and done on the same day. Except for 3 old roofing nails, cleanup was outstanding.

Overall, this was a very positive experience. The poor weather led to a couple of delays in getting the work started. The employees started later than I expected, but with 4 workers finished the job in 1 day. They were fast and efficient. The communication with the owner, Omar, could have been a little better in terms of when the workers would be starting, but that was probably due to them being busy after offering an excellent Angie's List deal. I will give Omar credit for coming out to provide a written estimate while we were away from the house, without insisting on a three hour marathon sales appointment/estimate to sell me on why I needed to spend alot more money on a grade of roofing I didn't need. That was what every other roofing company wanted to do when we called for an estimate. The roof looks great! I would definitely recommend using Patriot Roofing if you want a company that is professional, efficient, and cost effective.

Everything went well. Omar was running ahead of schedule, so I was not able to be at the home when he arrived and I wasn't able to get him to check out some areas of concern inside. I'm sure he would have come back if I had asked him. He sealed some penetrations on the roof and provided a fair estimate for replacement. I look forward to working with Patriot Roofing again soon. Sorry for the brief write-up, my first review was somehow purged from the system and I don't have the time to do it all over again. Thanks!
