Description of Work: Compared to others, the price we were quoted was way too high. The salesman who came to our home spent a total of 3 hours before we were able to get an approximate quote. He never even measured our windows. I would not recommend them unless money is no object.

Description of Work: The gentleman that came to our door with info about the company was wonderful! But the men who showed up were two of the most rude, disrespectful salesmen I have ever encountered. Literally had to ask them to leave our home. Needless to say, we did not purchase from this company so I cannot attest to anything about the product or install.

THE DISASTER BEGAN WITH THE DESTRUCTION OF THE CEDAR WOOD SIDING WHILE REMOVING THE OLD WINDOWS AND ONE OF THE WINDOWS HAD BEEN MEASURED INCORRECTLY AND DID NOT FIT. THEY DO KEEP COMING BACK, THEY HAVE BEEN AT MY HOUSE NUMEROUS TIMES. I AM WAITING FOR SOME FINAL FINISHING TOUCHES TO BE DONE. THIS PROCESS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER 6 WEEKS. EACH TIME THEY DO WORK THEY WAIT FOR ME TO POINT OUT ALL OF THE THINGS THAT ARE STILL NOT RIGHT AND THEN THEY COME BACK AGAIN. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN VERY EXHAUSTING.
