My installer was the Elius Brothers , They were very professonal and did a great job , worked clean and made sure everything was picked up in yard . Also made sure we were sayified with there job they did. Cared about there work .

All I received was calls from sales. So I called corporate (in California) and had my information removed from the database. If I give clear directions I expect them to be followed.

As far as I can see it was great. They fast, efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. The only reason why I gave them a B rating is that I cannot go on the top of my roof to check it.

From the beginning the sales rep, the crew doing the install were very professional and knew what they were talking about. The crew was absolutely great to have working on my home. Multiple appointments were missed or very late

It went great It took a day longer than estimated. But perfection is never quick.

Initially booked an appointment for Aug 27 at 530pm for an estimate. On Aug 26 I received a call and was told all times were booked for the 27th. I was offered a 15% discount to rebook for the 28th at 5pm. 5pm came and went on the 28th with no call until approximately 8pm. The office called asking if their representative was still at my house because they could not reach him and his phone went straight to voicemail. The lady on the phone offered to have the location's manager come out but it is not worth my time and confidence in this company. If you cannot get an estimator out to give a quote on two separate days how can I trust your quality of workmanship. First impressions are lasting and I will not be doing any business in the future with this company.

How did it go? It didn't go! I have to say it started off really well and we were very impressed with their sales presentation, but it went downhill afterwards. We made the request for a quote on a Thursday via their website and the scheduler quickly followed up with a call to have a salesman come out Saturday morning. It was actually snowing/sleeting a bit, but they still came out to inspect the roof and sat down with us to explain in detail the history of the company, the way they work, their certifications, and basically why we should use them. At this point, I should point out that our roof was asbestos tiles, which does narrow the number of companies willing to perform the job. Going through this with multiple contractors we fully understood this point and that not all companies would perform or even quote the job. However, the salesman, Mark, made an emphatic point in showing us the company's EPA certification for working with asbestos and mentioned they often worked with it on older homes. As Mark left he mentioned that he would be talking over the project with his boss and that it may take a week or more to get back to me. I let a few weeks pass before calling them to see when they were going to provide quote. I was transferred to another person in the sales group who mentioned in reviewing the file on our quote that we had been informed the work could not be done due to the asbestos removal and that we should have received a call. To say the least, this confused us greatly considering Mark showed us and touted the EPA certification multiple times while talking to him. After mentioning this to person on the phone, they said they would follow up and have some one call us back. At that point not surprisingly we never received a call back. As luck would have it, we actually saw Mark out in public at a restaurant and he actually recognized us first and came over to speak with us. He apologized and mentioned how his manager should have reached out to us and thought he had done so. He mentioned that he would follow up that week and have his manager reach out, which never happened. Another month or so went by and on a Saturday morning, we received a call from their "sales team" asking if we were still interested in replacing our roof. I explained the situation and said yes we were but had never heard back from their company with our quote and that I would still like them to call us and explain what happened. At this point, I realized this "sales person" had no authority or insight beyond scheduling appointments for them to come out. Needless to say, we have yet to hear any real reason a quote could not be provided. Even if it was because they can not work with asbestos we complete understood that position, but the least they could have done was show us the respect to give us a professional and timely response rather than pushing it down the road, blaming others in the company, and simply never giving an official response. The company provides a great "show" with their website, scheduling, sales presentation, and could have had our business for many things beyond just the roof job, but poor customer service and a lack of respect showed the true character of the company.

They have been continually harassing me for YEARS!!! I had them come give me a free estimate a few years ago. Aside from their VERY high-pressure sales tactics to purchase their services THAT DAY, and trying to upsell me on services I didn't even ask for... I decided that they were much too expensive compared to the other quotes I got and went with someone else. After that, I received marketing calls from their call center WEEKLY trying to offer me deals on the price and negotiate how to get me to use them. When I told them I already got the work done, they said they would remove me from the list. This only meant that I now got calls once a month instead of once a week. It was always someone different, and they would always ask the same questions. I'd tell them the same thing as before, and they would repeat that they would take me off the list. It never happened. Finally, we moved. I got my usual monthly call and I told them that not only are we 100% not interested in their services, we no longer live at the address anyway. Once again, they said they'd take me off the list. Well, that didn't happen. Now I get phone calls around every 3 months or so. It doesn't matter what I say or do. They continue to call. It's been at least 3 years now. The harassment will never end. I wish I had never called them in the first place.

Excellent. Great quality materials, they definitely outperform any competitors in the area. They are timely and overall it was a great experience.

My experience was awesome. The workers were really nice. Once they got done I walked the house and asked them to come back out because I wanted more caulking around the flashing. They came right out and had a great attitude about it. I used them before in the past and because of their excellent customer service, I went with them again. I have nothing bad to say about them.

I purchased a full trim wrap package as preventative maintenance on my new home. My wood trim was in good shape, but there is a ton of wood on the exterior of my house and I figured that getting it wrapped would give me some peace of mind. Paid cash for the project and had no trouble dealing with the office or my salesperson. When my appointment date came, a subcontractor arrived and began installation. The job was completed the same day. The crew managed to destroy about half of my front lawn (which has not really recovered), and put a scratch on my car, which I had moved to the curb to give the crew space. The quality of the work was atrocious. There are certain sections that are passable, but the majority of the project looks awful. There are large bulges on nearly all of the corner posts and most of the panels on the bay windows, and it has been getting worse over time. The finishing nails used to attach the panels seem to have been used completely at random - most of the bay window panels have 4-6 nails per panel, while one in particular has 14 nails and looks utterly terrible. A large amount of the caulking has separated, to the point where it's no longer something I can handle myself in a reasonable amount of time. High quality caulking should definitely last longer than year when applied correctly. Unfortunately, it looks like it was applied by a child in most areas. Naturally, this completely defeats the purpose of this job since moisture is able to get in pretty much everywhere. Worst of all, this summer, just a little over a year since I had the installation done, I have had a lot of humidity problems in my home. I decided to check the soffits to see if the fly-by-night crew that installed my trim had done the soffit fascias correctly. Turns out that they did not remove the existing vents or wood under the fascia, which was specified in the contract. So... now I have basically no attic ventilation due to the existing small vents having the vented vinyl fascia overlapping. I attempted to resolve many of these issues last year, but didn't have much luck with the one-man repair crew they have. I'm a single father of two young boys and at the time I was working two full-time jobs, so it was pretty tough to find an opening in my schedule. Whenever I did get in touch with him, his next appointment was always 2 weeks out and conflicted with something I had to do. The frustrating part was that he was always under the impression that he was only coming out to 'trim the patio doors', which the company had decided to throw in to make up for the issues I had. I explained multiple times that I had several issues that needed to be addressed, and yet I kept hearing the same thing, even after he had arrived one day and I explained it in person. I sent pictures of all of the issues to the company and even had my salesperson come by and see them in person. Things got pretty busy when my boys started school, so I didn't get a chance to follow up again until just recently. After discovering the unacceptable issue with the soffit fascias, I contacted Paramount two days ago through their website, and also attempted to call them. I didn't receive an email response, and did not receive a response to the voicemail message that I left. So here we are. Overall, I wish I had not had this project done at all. My home looks significantly worse than it did before the job was done, and I am very concerned about possible water/moisture damage due to the poor installation. The quality is so poor that I am considering hiring another contractor to simply remove all of it and repair the existing wood. Just take a look at the pictures... Now that I look at them, it's even worse than I thought.

Completed in one day and worked till it got dark. Cleaned up area removed old building materials. Everything from sales to delivery of warranty were done in fine business protocol.

They asked me if my repairs were covered in whole or in part by an insurance claim and I said that they were. They then told me that they didn't perform work based on insurance claims. I asked why and she simply responded that they didn't perform work where an insurance claim was involved. I suspect that they have this policy because they don't want their estimates compared with an insurance adjustor's estimate.

The initial day of installation went well, except the foreman/crew leader/ guy in charge never introduced himself to tell me this and if I hadn't asked about my roof ventilators, they would have removed them. They left that day without saying exactly when they would be back to finish. They ended up putting a tarp over the roof due to rain, but they didn't properly secure it (one end tied to my satellite dish they removed and placed on my patio). The clean up was less than satisfactory. They have been back out three times and still have not satisfactorily completed the job.
