Description of Work: I arranged for an estimate for siding at the Richmond Home Show in September. After calling for an appointment, I told the salesperson that I would be home but my wife would not. They told me that it was company policy that both people be there. I told them that was not possible and then cancelled the appointment. The salesman showed up anyway; (we were not home). They then called to reschedule and I told them I only wanted an estimate and not the sales pitch and also told them that I would be the only one home. Again, they told me it was company policy that both husband and wife be there. I then told them to forget it.

Description of Work: Had 3 doors put in (entry, back door, and another one). We had looked at doors at such places at Home Depot, Lowe's, Sears, etc. and wanted something more "custom-made" looking. The sales guy was very good in selling us something we thought we were getting and when we signed the contract and they were installed it turns out the doors were not even a step up from the doors we had seen at other places. To top it off we overpaid for the doors from Paramount. Never again will we use this company. The customer service people are rude and won't return a call unless we lodge a complaint with the manager. We need more work done to the house and will not waste our hard-earned money on this company ever again.

Description of Work: Came to house just looking at the outside and picking something they could "fix" and charge for. We needed some painting and said they were the best painters around..... Hilarious. They called me 10 TIMES a day! No messages just constant calling. Ignored anything I said and just kept calling to say they are coming over. Even after I REPEATEDLY said I did not want their services!!! This went on for a week! I would never do business with a harassing, money grubbing company ever! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER! Or your money for that matter!
