+ -1 moreThe inside and outside doors were not square, the deck was not attached to the house and the drywall nails were coming loose. They builder hasn t fixed the problems yet, even after being here 3 times. The ceiling over my bed had been cracked since right after we moved in. We couldn t get them to fix anything.
Description of Work: We had them build our 2000 square foot home for us. It was a one story, 4 bedrooms with 2 baths.

+ -1 moreThe whole project worked out perfectly for me. I only lived a few minutes from here previously, so I could drive over to check on the progress, three or four times a week. The representative I worked with, bent over backwards to make this a non-stressful experience. They also came over to check on any problems, after I moved in. The problems were minor and were solved immediately.
Description of Work: Pace Construction & Development Corporation built my twenty five hundred square foot house. It is a two story structure with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
