+ -1 moreEverything went extremely well. One man crew "demo"ed the old shed and hauled away debris neatly and efficiently. A day later[ two man crew} carpenter/framer and his assistant began three day build out of new shed. Both the demo man and the builders were professional, considerate of property, and courteous. They made the work look easy....well oiled and focused. All areas were cleaned afterwards. Quick walk through once carpenter finished. Ken stopped by for one visit on second day of building and called later job was finished to check on satisfaction with job or if there ere any problems. Would recommend to others and would use again.
Description of Work: Demolition of tree damaged 10'x10' shed. Build 10'x12' replacement barn style shed with double doors, ramp and two side windows.

+ -1 moreKen and his crew did a great job! We went with the Premier Option as I felt a little more $ was well worth it. There was a couple of small issues which were promptly addressed. My wife and I are very happy with our decision to use Ken and his guys. Now WE (meaning ME) just have to chalk and paint it. Then WE (meaning ME) will start moving stuff from our garage to the shed so my wife can fill up the garage! Guess I may be needing Ken and his crew once more. ;-) Thanks guys!!!!!! Chris

+ -1 moreHe did an outstanding job. It was a reasonable price and very well done. It's all wood. It's got a window. It took about five hours. They brought all the materials. It was built from scratch. It wasn't a pre-fab or anything like that. I believe they had four guys. They cleaned up well after themselves.

Description of Work: I received 3 quotes for a shed for out backyard. I went with Sheds by Ken because of the responsiveness to my emails/questions and price. He was the best bang for your buck. We had to push the initial date for the shed to be installed because of weather. I had a few issues after the shed was installed, but Ken and his staff was proactive and we are currently in the process of getting those issues fixed. I would recommend Ken to do work in the future.

+ 0 moregave me everything I wanted and the price was fair.Excellent...could not be more satisfied. Wallace built a very well constructed shed. More load bearing supports than needed which is overkill but now I know it wont fall in a hurricane. The final product was absolutely perfect and the price was reasonable. 3/4 plywood for the floors and used some sturdy siding material. I would certainly use them again and refer them in the future.
