Other Side Lawn Service

Todd and Other Side brought my backyards Eden look out, trimmed the hedges (8' tall) perfectly, deweeded and remulched the large areas and small areas, to absolute beauty. Pool opens this weekend and with what Todd and crew have done, Eden will arise as beautiful as ever. The front and side yard's flower beds and areas are just perfect with a nice deep mulch, rose and decorative bushes trimmed to a tee and absolutely beautiful. Impeccable worksmanship!

1. The Other Side People cleared and mulched two large areas around the pool. Phenomenal, the arrived on time, worked late and the areas they cleared are beautiful! smooth thickly mulched to allow flower pots to be submerged in the mulch. 2. Trimmed the hedges in back of the pool, To perfection, the length is about 40 feet and they were done straight (at 8 feet high!) and level, beautifully sculptured and the ends are rounded to provide a very finished and professional look. 3. Removed tons of pine straw, what can I say, my neighbor has three pine trees that lean over my yard and drive me nuts! They removed all of it and power washed the concrete when done. 4. Cleared out my wife's gardening area. In fact did such a thorough job that we have more strawberries than we can eat, area is perfect for growing now. 5. Weeded around the bricks between the pool and deck. They weeded between the bricks, without it being mentioned, in fact I had planned on doing it. Nothing growing there now. Overall, I have a beautiful back yard and pool area that Other Side is responsible for. I will have them back and sincerely appreciate their professional demeanor is something you don't find often! And when you do you stay in touch! Thank You Todd (and I can't recall the name of the guy that helped you, my apologies).

Todd and his crew did a great job cleaning up our yard from debris and leaves. I was very pleased with the job they did. They showed up as promised, (even earlier actually because inclement weather was coming), and I would definitely hire them again.

They came out on short notice which I appreciated.

We were very happy wit all the services performed?They were prompt and very flexible when the weather was bad and made it difficult to mow on the scheduled date. We plan to use them again next year!!

I purchased a deal on Angies list and was contacted by the owner of the business shortly thereafter. We agreed on a day and time and the owner and an assistant arrived as agreed. I had a yard FULL of maple and elm leaves (from 4 silver maples and an elm). The bushes by the front of the house hid a great deal of dead leaves, pine needles and pine cones, all of which the guys raked and bagged. I also had a back yard full of pine needles, pecan leaves and nuts (squirrel fodder) lots of sticks and pine cones. It looked to be a daunting task for me and when I saw the deal on Angie's List I jumped at it. I was very pleased with the work they did. The yards were clean the beds were ready for mulch, and it was all done in good time. My only complaint (waah), was that they did not take the bags (grin).

Todd agreed to honor my "Big Deal" weeks after it's expiration!!! He was busy, but worked me into his schedule in a way that fit my schedule, too. I appreciate his professional "can do" approach. Todd and a helper arrived at 2:40pm as scheduled and expected to stay for 4 man hours, 4:40 pm. Very nice young men, easily grasped what I wanted done, went to work and did a terrific job. Utilized some excess time to complete some smaller jobs at the end of the available time. Cleaned up everything, and stacked the limbs and detritus to the city trash pick-up specs. Great work ethic and great work product. I would recommend them to anyone.

Went great ! Todd is punctual and neat. We've used others in the past a And he does the best job that we've continued to use his services.

Did a yard cleanup for us a few weeks ago and it looked great. Todd did what we asked and then some. He was easy to work with and talk to, had reasonable prices and was reliable.

Todd called me to set up a date and time. He arrived with another employee at the time we agreed on. I showed them what I needed done and they got right to work. They were here a couple of hours and did everything I asked. I was very pleased with what they did. I would recommend them to anyone needing lawn service and will call them again when I need help.

We had a slight communication issue in getting the date for the service set up. Once we got that smoothed over, Todd came right over and got the debri pile out of our yard. He and his helper were both very nice, and even raked some extra leaves to make up for our communication issue. We would call him again.

Other Side Lawn Service is fast, professional and fairly priced. Todd stands apart from other lawn care service companies because he goes the extra mile. For example, we have an agreement for Todd to cut our grass every other week for a set price. But he often takes time to spray the driveway and back patio with weed killer although we do not ask. I know it sounds like a small detail, but the fact that he doesn't charge extra speaks miles about his character and his pride in work. My husband is away from home often and he completely trusts Todd to take care of the lawn and any lawn care issues that may arise in his absence. Most importantly, I feel SAFE having Todd around in when my husband is gone. We have referred Other side Lawn Services to many friends and even a few neighbors have appreciated his work on our lawn enough to book him themselves! They have all been very happy with his work as well.

They have been great. He is very reliable. He always tells us if he can't make it out due to weather. He does a very good job.

Todd Lister is a reliable contractor - when I called him, he fit me into his schedule quickly, arrived on time each week, and did a very thorough mowing, edging, and trimming with one helper. My husband and I are very happy with his work. We recommend him highly. He is also very polite and professional-looking. We've been having a lot of work done on our house and have hired many contractors recently for different work, and we have found that many times contractors make excuses or don't do good quality work, which can be really frustrating. Todd is one of the good contractors, who performs what he tells you he is going to do and does it on time. Thanks Todd!

The service has been excellent. We used them for a Big Deal and because of that service we use them every two weeks for lawn service. They are wonderful to do business with.

I had a pile of mulch and dirt that had built up over time and Todd leveled it off and moved the dirt to a lower lying area. He did exactly what I had in mind and it looks great! I was very happy with his work - great attitude and hard worker.

Having purchased a coupon on Angie's List for a "Curb Appeal Package", Mr. Lister contacted me by e-mail. We set a time for him to see my yard and evaluate its issues. I was hoping to find some one to take care of my lawn on a regular basis and this was our opportunity to get to know each other. I was out of town on the day of service, but came back to find my yard in beautiful condition. All aspects of the job that were discussed were performed plus extra attention was paid to make sure the yard looked great.I am arranging for Other Side Lawn Service to perform weekly service on my Lawn based on the great service that I received, as well as Mr Lister's professionalism and and attention to me as a customer.
