It went very well, he was very professional, very nice, very prompt when I called, he was out the same day just a couple hours later. He fixed everything pretty quick I was very happy.

They assessed the existing heat pump and provided two or three options to fit our budget. These folks even met me near my office to sign the paperwork. Whole process went off without a hitch. On-time and on-price. Two Thumbs up!

I will never ever do business with this individual. Nor will he receive any positive feedback or any referrals from me or anyone that i know. He was called because there was a leak in the gas regulator and also there was a leak in the attic from the A/C. He was greeted at the door by my fiancé and when i greeted him he stood at the door looking dumbfounded without a word for like 20 seconds just looking at fiancé (as if he was inconvenienced by his mere presence). Bottom line he thought i was "single" which is the only reason why he came over on his busy day. He was asked to come into my house and was asked to apply shoe covers or remove his shoes. Immediately he stated, "Look i don't have time for this i am tired and been working all day on my day off; i thought i would be nice to come out without charging you for the call because you sounded like a single mother with her kids over the phone." I said well just as i texted you, you didn't have to come today. I texted you to see what your availability was on Monday. He looked at my fiancé and asked me, "if he speaks." During this failed introduction still walking in my house with his messy boots. He came off very pompous, rude and unpolished. To make a long nightmare short...he looked at both issues afterwards stated that he would call me on Monday for the parts for the A/C. Monday, Tuesday is here and still no word from him. I texted on Tuesday late in the morning asking the cost to repair for the gas leak, he responded with $275. I returned the text with four questions: Is there anything that has to be worked out with the gas company (i.e. temporary gas shot off)? What is labor costs? Can you write an invoice and a diagnostic statement for inclusion to my lawyer on your findings? How soon can we get it installed? He replied back to text only inquiring about my lawyer statement. He then called me abruptly afterwards. I told him that i needed documentation to turn into the city because my gas tagged out by gas company for faulty work from the contractor who initially installed it and the city needs the invoice with the proper stamp (licensure) from a professional company. From that point on, the entire discussion was a one-way conversation with him stating how anytime anyone start getting lawyers involved that he gets nervous and then he started speaking in the third person. He said, "Mr. Norwood does not do well with lawyers and he thought that i was going to be easy. Mr. Norwood is not going to get involved, i am not equipped to write anything and am saying that i am out. That's right Mr. Norwood is out!" Then he hung the phone up on me without me being able to get a word in. Husbands and boyfriends, do not call this nut case to your house around your women without you being present. I immediately called the Gas Guy and they were professional, gave me documentation needed for the city and were completely sane! CALL THE GAS GUY, NOT THIS CLOWN!!!
