Nikki went above and beyond for my husband and I as a real estate agent. We were relocating from Southern Maryland to Va Beach and neither of us knew anything about the local vibe, neighborhoods, school districts, etc and Nikki really gave us concise, knowledgeable, intelligent and informed information about the area. She listened to our desires, concerns and needs for a neighborhood and came up with the perfect fit for us. She always took the time to address our questions and was constantly available to help soothe our home buying jitters! Nikki was and continues to be a lifesaver! I have been at the house by myself since my husband is still in Maryland and I needed my grass mowed and the next thing I know her husband was here cutting my grass! How many realtors do that for a client? None that I've ever encountered! She also came rushing over with a shop vac and fans when I had a small leak in my bathroom, once again, saving me from a mess.
