+ -1 moreMr. Allred and his son installed our polished porcelain flooring in our new home in 2000. Unknown to them, the manufacturer had a problem with adhesion associated with an insufficiently rough underside to the tile (they have since changed the molds to make large grooves in the tile back). After about 5 years, the tile began "talking" to us and ultimately detached from the floor, particularly in our master bath. The Allreds returned and reattached the tiles with "space shuttle capable" adhesives and re grouted the floor. The repair was done without charge to us -- they stood behind their work even after an extended interval. We are completely satisfied with their craftsmanship and business practices.
Description of Work: Installation of ceramic tile in our new home 7 years ago in October with repair done in 2007. Total installation approximately 1,000 sq ft.
