Description of Work: Bill was referred by my lawn care guy. He gave me a reasonable estimate and we agreed on $3,500 for the job. It took him several weeks to borrow a ditch witch to lay the lines; he screwed up my grass and landscaping; put lines to sprinkle across sidewalks (which the iron water in Norfolk colors to rust); and after about 5 weeks got to the point of installing the pump. The next week he came by and took the pump saying that it was too small and NEVER returned. I was able to get the job finished by another firm, but in the meantime I had lost all that money. I took him to court, he never showed, but I got a judgment against him and I've never heard anything from him since. Would love to find him so my attorney can pursue wage garnish to get back my judgement. It was a HORRIBLE experience - he was not licensed (I learned later) and had no equipment of his own (I realized when he had to borrow the ditch witch).

+ -1 moreI paid him for fixing a sprinkler system and wheel line in my other house, and he did a decent job. He did a decent job in the house where he installed a swimming pool too, but he couldn?t do anything when it came to repair. He gave us a three-year guarantee, but we can?t even get a three-second guarantee from him. He wouldn't come back to do anything. We also never knew when he was coming. He never showed up when he said he would come. He had just left and would never answer my phone calls. I had even left messages and called his father?s house, but nothing happened. He said he knew how to do his job, but he is a crook. I have a judgment against him, but the courtroom hasn?t been able to get anything out of it. I wouldn?t recommend Nation?s Irrigation for anything.
Description of Work: I had used Nation’s Irrigation last year to get my wheel line and sprinkler systems working.
